Cinnabon

Very bad. Had to drive an hour and a half for getting a Cinnabon for them to tell me that they are closed at 7:10 when the closing time is 8. Never come here.

Brilliant customer service... "We out"... and the store didn't close for over an hour, after standing in line 15 minutes. You're telling me Cinnabon can't make more? What a pitiful joke. They used to be better, and seem to still be good overseas.

Idk why the reviews r so bad but the cinnamon roll was pretty good LMFAO

Terrible! I waited in line for Cinnabon for maybe 10 mins. For them to say it's a 45 min wait for a Cinnabon on a Saturday. The line is long why not put some in the oven knowing ppl are in line. The lady working didn't have a hairnet on and her hair was in the pretzel bites as she was carrying them.

The Cinnabons here are dry, hard and stale. Worst Cinnabon I’ve ever had. Just skip this location.

Staff was friendly before they opened, later on pretzels and cinnamon bites were bought after BAB, I missed the cream cheese for dipping or cheese. I'm not sure if they sold them or not. The mini cinnamon rolls were good cold when I had a chance later on to try them.

We got to the mall shortly after it opened. Fresh Cinnabons are enjoyable with some coffee; unfortunately, by 10:30, they didn't have any Cinnabons made.

6:20 on a week day and they say they have no more to sell. We asked what time they close, they said 7 but still they did have nothing to sell. Really??

The one star is for the gentleman working who took our trash. Unfortunately the Cinnabon’s were not fresh, over cooked, and they do not sell coffee to go with. Highly disappointed!

Service was fine, not friendly but not rude either. I got center of the roll and it was cold and stale tasting. Definitely have worse product here than other places.
