My first time trying this place out and dang this place is good!

I stop here to have dinner. I checked their hours when I left Mckinney Texas. I drive a truck so I don't like to eat in the truck. When I got their the lady told me that they started closing the lobby at 8pm. I ask to talk with the manager so she called him. I ask him about it. He said I will correct it online. I told him that doesn't help me at all. He Didn't seem to care. I don't recommend this business. They don't care about their customers.

Got here at 8:15PM and went to the drive thru since their hours stated that they close at 9PM. No one answered at the drive thru so we went to walk inside, the door was locked. 2 female workers were in there picking up trash so we drove up to the window at the drive thru to ask when they close and we were completely ignored. They both were right next to the window when we pulled up and definitely saw us sitting there waiting for them to open the window so we could ask. If they would have just opened it an gave the reasoning for not taking our order, I would not be so upset but ignoring your potential customers is sad. Either the hours need fixed online or workers need to be more considerate of people coming at that time. VERY disappointed!

As soon and my husband and I walked in we received a friendly greeting. This location was very clean! The person who checked us out helped us out and the food came out quickly. Good job!

Terrible customer service, unfriendly staff. Is it to much trouble to give out straws when i pick up a office order? Love the food, the people working is a different story. Avoid this location, you will be disappointed. I Will not go back again.

Schlotzsky's sandwiches are just the best available. It's their bread and the balance of mustard and Quality Meats that makes an outstanding sandwich.. a little pricey but well worth it

Order the meaty pizza Pizza was not done Cheese barley melted Sausage was not done My sister is a Gm at their little elm location and I’m highly upset with Denison location because little elm would never! Never again

The food was great and hot. They make the best Sandwiches and pizza. The Restaurant was clean and the crew was friendly.Recommended dishesPepperoni Pizza, The Original

I love Schlotzsky's, I don't go there nearly often enough. The original is hard to beat but I wish they would bring back the Reuben.

They used to be good, now their deluxe sandwich is the size of the original, our bread was soggy, we didn't get a pickle, and got 1/2 a slice of cheese. Pathetic excuse for a schlotskys, Don't go to the Denison Schlotzkys unless you want to be cheated out of your money!
