Cinnabon

Brought a 15-Pack of Minibons and they tasted great after reheating them! Look at these, have you seen a better looking box of pastry? >:D

What a sad excuse for a Cinnabon. Maybe that's why they sell the center of the roll. This was super thin, short, not much cinnamon or frosting and was stale. Didn't fill the container and was only about an inch tall. What happened to Cinnabon?

I tried to buy fresh buns to take home that was sitting behind the glass. The cashier told me that I couldn't buy the fresh ones. If I wanted to buy more than two I would have to get the pre made box or pay extra money to get fresh ones! The manager came out and confirmed it! I still confused as to why they would want to force me to buy something old and I didn't want! I wound up empty handed and didn't buy anything!! They are terrible!!!!

Amazing and super delicious Cinnabons you can grab from this location. These are very tasty if you like cinnamon then a must try!!

For decades and still remains the best cinnamon rolls on Earth. Glad to see Cinnabons on my visit in Philadelphia.

The nasty cashier handles money with the same gloves he uses to touch your Cinnabon. Be careful! Cross contamination of germs and bacteria from money to food

Very poor customer care. Bought a minibon, and Cinnabon cup. But they did not keep the cup in the bag, for which charged about $4. And the shop was closed out when I came back to check with them. Staffs need to be more attentive and careful about customer care.

I work in the mall, and I just walked over to get cinnabon, and there were 2 young girls on the counter, with gloves on, on their cell phones texting. When one finally noticed me, she waited another few moments until she put her phone down and then said "i can help you whenever you're ready". Being I am the manager in retail in the mall myself, I understand it being slow and not always having a lot to do, but attitude and phone usage should never come before a customer.

if I could rate this place 100 stars I would! Absolutely amazing employees, quick, but talks you through the menu and all your questions, the Cinnabon 6 pack tasted exactly like the ones straight off the hot plate and don’t even get me started on the chillatas Overall I would highly recommend !!
