The best cinnabon I've ever eaten. Very soft and sweet, with cinnamon and lots of sugar. Delicious

Worst customer service. I ordered a Cinnabon. And I told the server to exchange it. She didn’t have any manners. She dumped the old one in the dustbin. She looked furious. I especially came to the mall to have Cinnabon. May be they need to change few people who work there. “No Thankyou no welcome” at that store. It’s at a perfect spot. People love to have a Cinnabon. But they don’t realize the value of the product they are selling.

Went to the mall for food smelt the cinabuns and was at the counter waiting and I took a photo of the cinabuns and this older lady starts yelling I can't take pictures and  her staff better not be in it and she don't come to my work to take photos she said it'd a privacy law which clearly she has no clue what country we live in then I asked the guy with longer dirty hair what her name was and he said why I said I want to report her to head office and he refused he was ignorant she was ignorant and rude they both were not very neat and tidy or had a  Good appearance to be working with food . No hair nets if you want good service I recommend the one at the other mall !!!!! Oh I almost forgot she called security which was a joke Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms lists expression as a fundamental freedom. Very dry, hardly had any cream on it. When requested; the staff refused to give us extra topping.

Visited Cinnabon a week ago for the first time. So sweet smell attracted me to the shop. But got a horrible experience. The staff was rude and had no manners. He didn’t give me time to think and choose.

I accidently ordered the wrong cinnamkn roll on the menu, and the server packed it up. When I realized my mistake, the server offered to throw in the correct one for free. "It's on me," he said. What kindness! He really went the extra mile.

Every time i come to this location they don’t have what i’m looking for. Every once in a while i get a craving for the cinnamon sticks, and every time i leave disappointed. They NEVER make enough for the day, and not once have i been offered to wait while they make some i always order 4 orders of 5 sticks, which would be the logical thing to do. I don’t know if it’s because this store seems to be staffed exclusively by teenagers that may not have very much customer service experience or what, but there’s never even an apology. Always just an heir of “too bad, we’re all out”. Very disappointed in this location.

Everytime time I go they’re always out of the product I want, either the ice machine is broken or they don’t have the base. So disappointing do not recommend going to this location, the Waterloo one is better

Just went in to fairview to get my eye exam done, right before I was going to head out I decided I wanted Cinnabon. I was waiting behind an older lady, when a group of family members decided they could go in front of me. I was already not having a great day, so that was a little annoying. Then a lady that appeared to look like the supervisor came out from the back. She could tell I wasn't in the greatest mood and without even thinking about it she paid for my order. She was very kind and definitely needs a raise. Thank you for making my day! I will be returning!! :

I have tried their six pack three times over the coarse of a year, and for some reason I always find them to be tough or stale. I don’t know why.  I love Cinnabon and it’s my favourite treat. However, this location really has disappointed me. One of the people working mentioned that the six pack are made else where in a Waterloo shop and sent to this location; but I can’t be sure of that. All I know is that compared to the shop in square one mall in Mississauga, and the ones in Toronto, this location is not as great. Maybe there isn’t enough traffic so the Cinnabon sit for a couple of days. Please make it better or allow customers to request a six pack with the fresh Cinnabons for the same price.  The people/service has always been great.
