Cinnabon Kennewick

I went on Tuesday , supposedly had Tuesday $12. Box of Cinnabon. Guess what. We are out..I'm like how about all that are there ooh she replied they're regular price. Really you have a big sign in front of you and you don't have the promotion .There we alot of other customers in front and back of me very dissatisfied. You won't see me there again.

Just so happy that I got a box of delicious original cinnabons.

Beware of overcharged! It has been a while since I placed the complaint through their website and got contacted from the owner. I tried to contact him through the phone and left my phone number for you to call me back, twice, because none of the stuff know anything about the issue. Still, nobody contacts me back. So Chris, I still want my money back.

Kinda grossed out, my cinnamon churro swirl was hard as a rock.. my blended drink was so sweet it made me sick.. I barely drank half.. and it’s dirty display window had me questioning why I continued to try what I bought in the first place.. then they ask you to tip ? I’m all about tipping.. but if I just ordered an 8 $ snack I don’t see it necessary for you to ask me for a tip ..however I did anyway ..and I regret it. I just really wanted Cinnabon it’s the only one here :

We made an online order and everything was so fresh and delicious! The mini caramel rolls were so good! Definitely will order again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My pregnant self drove 30mins for a classic roll with pecans only for the girl to make me wait because she was too busy on her phone to notice she had a line. Then proceeded to give me an attitude & give me a cold cinnamon roll.

I went to the mall specifically to purchase a Cinnabon. They were supposed to be open until 9pm, but the teenage girls working the store decided to close early because “there was no management” in the store. There was no way to persuade them to sell us one of the 10 boxes they had sitting in the back. In the 5 minutes I was talking with them, at least 2 other customers also came and were turned away. Unfortunately this wasn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience there.

I feel they were biased and rude . Saw them pre-make rolls 45-1 hour prior to opening and let them sit already cooked . Hungry so I got the most fresh ones. Food ok. Women was rude dismissive maybe because of our family of color but I asked for a small cup of water to wash my infant baby’s pacifier off and she quickly fired back 25 cents. Who does that, its to clean a innocent baby’s pacifier and u want to charge me not to mention your service was horrible. District manager and higher needs to take a look at what is going on here it is unacceptable I may need to file a complaint on this .

Ok writing a review for the cinabbon one close to hollister and by the mizu sushi exit/entrance. Wonderful service. The lady with like a green hair was very friendly and nice to us. She's great.

Went to order a six pack of classic rolls and he said he can't box up the six in the hot case and would have to charge for each one individually at 5 dollars a roll instead of 6 for 18.99
