The service here has gone way down. Only one clerk with 15 to 20 people in line. They have gone to a bunch of self service but that's no good when you need help. Also they say they sale pizzas but you can't order one at 6pm. They said to busy making cookies so it would be atleast an hour so come back. The management needs to get more help and start paying attention to customer service. This is the worst ran circle K In Arizona at the moment . It's really to bad the service has gone down hill so bad. The manager need more support. If you say you sell and make pizzas then you should do so . Many people want one for dinner. But at 5.30pm, not to have any service at the food counter is just plane stupid . I guess no one there cares about customers at all. They should be happy 8 don't own this place. I would fire the whole crew and get some decent employees.
Pretty large circle k.. good variety and selection. Seems to always be busy... almost always a line. If your in a hurry don't go inside, just pay at pump. Store is always clean and tidy. This location also has a kitchen, so lots of "gas station" meals available
Too busy charging a premium to take out the trash. They’re charging 70 cents more per gallon than the rest of Arizona because the only other gas station in town is down right now. Meanwhile, this Circle K’s trash cans are overflowing onto the ground and there are several empty coffee cups on top of the pump too… I’d go inside to complain, but what difference would it make? This Circle K is raking in the dough from locals and they don’t have any other gas station to compare prices too. So, this location will continue to price gouge their customers. We are at their mercy. $3.75 / Gal for regular unleaded. Rest of AZ is $3.09 or less right now.
Absolutely horrible. I used to work here and I can attest that the managers such as Kindra have cared so much for this place and if it wasnt for her this place would be in shambles thanks to corporate decisions the past year or so. Nothing is ever working including the pumps. The manning has left once a thriving oasis of a stop for snacks and gas a barren wasteland. . I have not met ONE customer that was not fed up with what this place has become. And I want to be very CLEAR, it has NOTHING to do with the local management!. Everything to do with corporate's lack of care and urgency for its customers and its workers.
It was jam packed even on a Sunday... and guess why? The gas prices here are cheap. : It was about $3.80 or so a gallon, and so I wonder if people are making the drive out here to fill up- and maybe take in some sights. Luckily, there's plenty of stalls here- with about 2 spots per side - however note that some pumps are currently out of order. As for the store, it has warmed-up deli items instead of cold burgers, they have a rack that keeps them warm for you; unfortunately, some of these items were a bit stale. The store's interior is pretty big, and aside from the deli mishap, I love how everything is spaced apart. It has a beer cave and also, there's snacks here that you wouldn't find elsewhere such as assorted cake slices, chili-cheese to go with chips, etc- it's a junk food lover's paradise. You can enjoy the food outside... This is the only Circle K that I've been too that has tables outdoors.
Well unfortunately they're understaffed and it shows because the place is always a mess stuff is not wiped down the glass is filthy on the front doors and the ice cream cases and all the coolers it's a big store with lots of stuff in it it's just too bad they can't keep it clean inside or out
Use to be able to get food here. Not anymore. Use to have cashiers, only the slowest one every at the cash register now. They just stand and ask people to use the self checkout. The side machines are always nasty. Theirs another gas station just down the street smaller place, but cheaper gas. It takes less time in and out then standing with 20 people in line and lazy employees.
Completely repulsive bathrooms. Why do all circle k's seem to be horrible.. yet this sticks out to be the worst one of them all... way worse and won't go into details.
Worst Circle K in the state. Not sure who owns it but "cash only" seems to be your new slogan. Last three times I've been there it's cash only. Get your systems fixed, not only are there issues with debit and credit, the pumps never accept cards. One of the busiest stores in the state and you can't get your IT in order. If it's corporate owned then someone should be fired. Store is always dirty and trash cans always full. Gladly head up the street to give my business to a store that takes pride in their appearance.
This is by far the dirtiest Circle K I've ever seen. Parking lot is full of garbage, used face masked and oil dripped everywhere! Disgusting!!! Inside was only slightly better and male cashier unfriendly, unhelpful and not courteous at all. Not even a thank you. I realize that in small one horse towns there's not a lot of choice, but I'd avoid this place in fear of the plague!!!
