The experience was horrible. I was charged for something that I didn't even buy. They charged me for a bag of ice and that's all I wanted to pay for was gas. Also when I said something about it, I wasn't refunded my money. Not only that, the staff was very, very, very rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills whatsoever. Also I have yet to get my money from what I did not buy. I did not purchase a bag of ice so I don't understand why I was charged for a bag of ice plus my gas. Also the representative that y'all have working and that store needs to be fired immediately. Seriously y'all need help that bad that y'all have to hire people with terrible attitudes and terrible customer service skills?? You need to hire anybody. You need to hire me. Someone that's respectful and will understand the customer. Try to resolve the issue but instead you have custom customers being challenged by the customer service representatives or clerks. Is not right. They don't listen to the customer and the problem. They're so quick to have an answer for something that they don't even know the details of what's going on before they open their mouth to say anything to resolve. It is just horrible. I hope the owner sees this. Definitely definitely need to do better with the people that you hire seriously

I really hope management reads the review for the Kangaroo on 971 Glensford Dr. I have worked in customer service over 36 years. I visited this store for the first time today, and will not return. The representative was nasty,and has no customer service skills at all. I asked about any type of fuel rewards program, and she said do you have a discount card. I replied no she was impatient so i didnt inquire further,so if this is a program for your store you need a new representative selling it. When using my card I was unable to remember my pin, which of course is my error. Then I asked how can I bypass and just do credit since I never type in a pin. The representatives response was read I mean everything is on the screen in front of you mamn. However displayed on the screen was enter pin without any instructions to bypass. So I had to guess, meanwhile she is still sitting there with not assisting at all. Finally I just tried the pin again without any other options from the representative and was able to pay. I will also be sharing my experience with the upper level management team.

Up until yesterday this store was pretty good, the workers there first need to not challenge a customer's knowledge, learn that if you present a coupon that means the product is reduced not still the same price. That clerk her mouth was ready before I even told her what the problem, I truly believe they aren't being trained right, folks are just being thrown into the job. But when it comes to customers we are your business if the improperly trained attitudes don't stop sales will decrease, I asked for the mgr at that store and another clerk refused to call. So manager handle your staff.

I hope that the owner/management reads these. I understand that in the day and age of Staffing shortages, things go unnoticed. But the restrooms in this store are embarrassingly bad. It looks like they haven’t been touched in a week, if not longer. Also, perhaps mop the floor by the soda fountains….more than currently takes place. But the cashiers surely don’t miss a smoke break in front of the store. If I were a manager, I’d be pretty upset at the state of the store in terms of cleanliness.

The atmosphere is pleasant & the employees are almost always friendly & helpful. My only issue is the fountain drinks. It used to be that when I would tell an employee that one or more of the sodas were out of syrup they would go change it out, or at least go check it. But for the last couple months any time I've brought it to their attention, they just looked at me & said, "Yep.... It's out.... Without any effort to even see for sure. I could understand being out for a week or so at the most, after all trucks come once a week right?

Was there today to get my usual Carwash because I am in the Carwash club. Today I went in and was surprised how nice and organized it was. The cashier Christina was very friendly and was working hard. Neil the maintenance guy was busy cleaning and was very friendly. The pump area was very clean and all the trash cans were empty.Clean well run store!!!

Brittany Store Manager is a FAKE ACCOUNT. It’s a catfish spreading someone’s personal number around for ill intent, if you go to their page you’ll see their name is GIOVANNI HERNANDEZ. The reason the name is Brittany store manager is because he doesn’t know the last name of the employee WHO DOESNT EVEN WORK HERE. It’s a fake name please report that account. The real number for the manager is the number listed for the store, you can reach the manager at any time between 5am-3pm Monday through Friday. Apparently Miss Ree needs some training in customer service. First I ask for a bag for my items, she hands me the bag, I said oh so I've gotta bag my own stuff now whole you get paid for it??? Then ask for my receipt, which I shouldn't have to and she throws it down on counter instead of putting in my hand like she's afraid to touch me. News for you don't work with public if you don't like people. Then I ask for manager explain what's going on and she just looks at me?? I then ask for store manager and she said dawn but she's out because she's sick. I said well I'll call her because you act like you don't even care she says that's how I am lol b what a joke

Great location, super nice People working inside! They need to turn off the prompt asking about buying a car wash when the car wash is not in operating order!! Also it would be a much more pleasant experience as a customer if the panhandlers were not working the door, & gas pumps @ nite.
