Went into the store around 5:20 PM on Apr 3. Spoke to the cashier young lady with colorful braids twice and she did not part her lips. Not sure if this was an instance of poor customer service skills or if she was experiencing something personally, but I hope she/it gets better.
Good service but the selection of drinks is not the greatest. Purple thunder is absolutely delicious though.
If you’re looking for corona or modelo 24 oz cans as well as mikes hard lemon or cranberry 23.5 oz cans.......this is the place. Brand new ice barrels with all 4 products just begging to be grabbed. Amazing place and friendly employees make this a must stop, not to mention a great place for all your adult beverage needs
Usually I don’t have an issue at this station, however there’s a young girl, blonde, maybe early 20s, who will not look up from her phone to complete a transaction. When you ask a question, she’s too busy on her phone to answer it or responds with a “huh?” Because she’s not paying attention. It’s kind of irritating seeing an employee on their cell phone instead of working with the customers. At least wait until the customers are gone to be on your phone.
I love how the employee Chris likes to go back and forth with regular customers. If it wasn’t for the other employees I won’t come back.
No plan to help those who are disabled and need assistance pumping gas. Called to ask for help and the lady stated she was too busy and the only person there. Didn’t even offer to have me wait for help. Very disappointed and want to see how they’re going to fix this.
Clean store and polite helpful staff had what I needed at reasonable prices
