I worked at a circle k for almost a year and even I know to ask if they have a rewards number. the employee at this location at 6:12pm on 9-8-23 instantly rang me out and then made a fuss when I asked where I can type in my phone number as if it was too much work to cancel the transaction ring it up again for me to type in my phone number.
I came to get gas tonight. Put my card in put the pump in the tank and pulled the trigger. Nothing. So, I fumbled around for another 5 minutes trying to figure out what I was missing. Finally, I went to another pump, assuming the first one was broke. I put my card in pulled the pump out and pulled the trigger. Nothing. Again. At this point I’m fairly frustrated so I walk toward the store to speak with the clerk. On the door there is a piece of notebook paper taped to it. With faint ballpoint ink it says, “no gas”. I asked the clerk if he thought it would be a good idea to put signs on the pumps so people don’t waste their time trying to get gas that is not available he shrugged his shoulders and stared at me blankly. To add insult to to injury, I was charged $1 for every failed transaction at the pump
The hotdogs are my guilty pleasure! They are almost as addictive as Fresh Krispy AKA: Kracky Kreme Glazed Donughts. Which explains what the 'K' stands for in Circle K!
Ever since you guys got the self checkout it’s been pretty bad. A customer shouldn’t wait 10 minutes for assistance on the self checkout while the line to the cashier grows to over 5 or 6 people just for an employee to rudely tell me and cut me off about he’s unable to, when everytime I’ve gone employees have been able to do the same thing he supposedly “couldn’t” do better.
The old lady with blue hair is very rude, she always treats me badly when I go! This is the gas station that is closest to my house and we always go there!! I have no complaints about the store, it is always very well organized and clean! Today I am going to pour $40 dollars of gasoline and she embarrassed me in front of the other people because I did not remember the number of the pump at the time! I left the place to 7-Eleven a little further away but they treat me well!
Now they have the most trashy ghetto derespect cashier on the planet.. the service is so trash rude that I need corporate number ..
Their Debit machine froze during my transaction and The senior cashier with purple hair told me to "run my card again but this time don't press so hard." I'm not sure she realizes how computers work, or customer service. I was in no rush but do not be rude.
hard working employees fighting a losing battle n now they have a self check out. lol no ty! put that money into the drink stations. they NEVER WORK. polar pop n polar freeze drinks! i should thank them cuz i’m giving it all up due to the major inconvenience! they need to overhaul this store, it pales in comparison to most other locations.
The lady with the purple hair is very very rude I went in their to cash my lottery ticket and she has an attitude just because she had to help me
This is probably the best circle k i have been to in my life, very clean, staff look happy, positive attitudes, and well respectful to the customers. Im glad to know i have a store near by that welcomes there customers with good manners, thank you circle k.
