This time, my trip to the Circle K was all right. They have a little bit of issues with trash and cleanliness, and they were out of several products. Otherwise it was a good experience.
I wouldn't really even give them one star except for the fact that there is no option below it. This convenience store is trashy, they're always out of fountain drinks, especially the ones that customers want. I don't know if the associates are too lazy to change the syrup or Re they are truly waiting for a shipment. The only good thing about this store is that the associates are friendly but that's all I can positively say about it. My wife and I purchase sip&saves every month and 50% of the time they are always out of the selection we want.
Over the past Several Months This Store Has been Closed More Times Than I Have Ever Seen it Closed...Due To A System Failure..it Seems to always be at Night With signs Saying Closed due to system being Down..Now IDK About Anyone Else But If I Owned This Store I Would Have Somebody Working Round the clock to figure out Why The System Keeps Going Down...They are Losing alot Of Money I Know because Of The Amount of people being turned away just When I am There and After Tonight s Supposedly Systwm Failure...The Shenanigens I Witnessed There I AM beginning to Wonder if it's truely a system failure or Certain Employees Using that Reason To Close the Store in order not to have to Work & Hangout or play around With There Little Girlfirnds 3 to be exact...I Will Be contacting A Coporate Office Tomorrow
They refuse to check you out and make you use a self checkout that never works. That machine tried to charge me $12 for a doughnut. I just left because I didn't want to deal with it. The person behind the counter is essentially there to just make the machine work properly. I don't know what kind of quota they're trying to meet but it makes the experience terrible because it takes three times longer to check out especially when there's someone right there that can't do anything.

It was actually my second time going to that gas station and my experience today was very unprofessional, I had my reward card for 3 cent off , my gallon. I swipe my reward card one time ,two time, it took for the associate Karina, to acknowledge that I were using that card. And turn in a very hostile manner saying we don’t participate here. Also the line was very long and there was the other associate behind the counter hiding behind a box murmuring from Her breath disrespectful something very rude also. Just want the manager or whoever own that gas station the both young ladies there had horrible customer service and I will never purchase gas at that location as long as they’re at the counter.
You have to wait for a pump to open and then you go inside and watch 3 workers stand there while 1 rings up. I’ll never come back. It shouldn’t take 22 minute to get a tank of gas.
Long Story Short: Something is always wrong at this station. I have been working at the courthouse for about a month now and the convivence of this station's location walking distance is too good to pass up. However, it's almost as if it's not there at all because there is always something wrong here. For the past two weeks they have had issues with their delivery truck bringing in items. For a week they didn't have any buns for their hot dogs. Today they had buns and no hot dogs LOL. The coffee area had a swarm of fruit flies all over it this week as well. As much as I like the brand Circle K, this station just aint it. I don't understand how this station can be so different from the one that's a few miles down the road and be within the same company but...I guess I'll be going to that one from now on. You can tell corporate does not do their inspections here. I wouldn't trust anything not already sealed.
First time back after 2 years after I was beat up in the bathroom for stealing. Decided to give it a second chance but found out my boy Bryan no longer works here. I miss Bryan very much. Most affordable rubber neck in town. I'm willing to give this place a 3rd chance. Bring Bryan back. Make circle k great again
This location is supposed to be my neighborhood store but i literally have nothing but issues with the staff. Im come in there almost everyday and it seems like i get ID'd depending on their mood which is extremely biased and just today someone ID me to get a lotto ticket which they have NEVER done before. One of the times they ID'd me for tobacco products i told the clerk i didn't have it and pulled my mask down to see if she could recognize me but she didn't even acknowledge i was talking to her and rudely walked away. There was also an incident when i cashed out some winning tickets and the clerk refused to give me my full amount because her system said something different but you could clearly see my winnings on the ticket. I ended up having to speak with a manager the next day which was a waste of my time.. im literally at my wits end with this place and as long as i can help it i will no longer visit this location
