Have had multiple issues with this older hispanic lady running the cash register. Every time I go in to make a purchase always giving me a hard time. Have heard her even in the middle of the day when people ask to use the restroom she says the bathroom is closed she will speak quite harshly and insulting customers using racial slurs. Very unprofessional! This employee needs to be spoken to or removed as an employee.
This store has good customer service, went in the morning wasn’t too busy, tried the new self checkout out it was great! Car wash was working super happy ! p
I've been going to the one in Salinas, CA for 7 years. I guess management has changed. The new people have terrible attitudes. In fact they were talking behind the counter about how in your face they are. Like it's cool to be rude. Didn't say hello, was rude when asking me for ID. I'm 36 and have worked in retail. There is zero courtesy and bad attitudes. No respect. On top of it she didn't even count my change to me or anything. It wasn't busy but I had to count it myself, which would have made it take longer for others. It was like we were at some hole in the wall liquor store. Which I would have probably gotten more courtesy from. I do live near by. I'm mostly just annoyed at how much it changed.
This store has good customer service and cold drinks all day long. It is close to home and I enjoy stopping by almost every day. However, most of the time there is no torpedos or hot dogs available. It is always empty so I have to go elsewhere for this. Overall I love this store.
There was an old lady closing the pumps I asked her what's going on in a nice way and she responded very altered that they are going to shut down the store and proceeded to close it. What bothers me is I drove from far away to get gas and get a car wash and her tone
Extremely rude , I went on 1/9/23 And the girl in the cashier was extremely rude , she denied my service and acted extremely rude basically kick me out for no reason, just asked if I could go too restroom, I would love too talk too the owner , or a general manager
Bad customer service, the cashier has a attitude and the manager is tolerating them, i talk to the manager about the issue and instead of deescalating the issue they make more big issue, cashier name is G,editha on the receipt
The GUYS Cashiers are a joke.. both of them are inn something they give the wrong change if its Cash.. and lately they been telling customers that they don't have change . And they keep the change money.. NOT COOL.. THEY BEEN DOING THIS FOR MONTHS.. I WONDER HOW MUCH MONEY THEY STEAL FROM CUSTOMERS THAT DONT PAY ATTENTION...
Clerk was sooo slow and rude theres a hudge diffrence when you owe them and they owe you in this case they owed me money there was about 8-10 ppl in line and cashiere was extremly slow so i cut in line and asked to give back my change and she said no. She really needed help and she could of asked for it but perfered to not ask for any and make everyone else wait just made me make a big scene wasent needed Supervisor came n took care of me in 30 sec
Haven't been able to pay at the pump in more then 2 months, station crew doesn't take my gas card new crew is terrible inventory is all over the floor it's a headache as soon as you walk in
