Was stopping to get some cash via cash back and was talked to like I was stupid and given a lecture on their procedures for just asking a simple question. Trash customer service. If you can’t do it that’s fine but you don’t have to be rude about it.
The customer service person, lied and acted robotic akin to a sewing machine. "Store policy?" once "it's out the door", all returns are void. The clerk that bagged my items, REFUSED to exchange them. He acted rude and degrading, adhering"policy" leaving me, customer for three decades feeling robbed. Judging by his unshakable demeanor, this incident was RECORDED and RETRIEVABLE....This review is also public record of the disrespect extended towards me. What happened to human kindness? Treat your neighbor? Not store policy?
Reese is a good dude. Give that man a raise. He works fast and gets the job done. Hands down great customer service. Thanks man.
