This used to be a good store. Since they changed the manager and all new employees, it's not good at all. They are not very helpful at all and not very friendly. I will only stop here because it is close by but most times I will go across the street to Seven Eleven. I used to be a regular here...it's a shame.
We went in to get our morning coffee and I noticed how clean and fully stocked and neat the store was. I asked who stocked this store and it was Crishone, she had excellent customer service and had the store on point truly a circle k superstar. Great job Cishone I give you an A this morning! Oh thank heaven for circle k!
As a daily customer for many years I am very disappointed in the customer service this evening. Clerk would not sell me two single bottles of bud lite because she wouldn’t be able to sell the other 4. I told her I get them sold to me all the time that way. She was extremely rude and seems to be annoyed she had to work.
Normally I have no problems or issues with any employees at this store. I forgot my ID so I couldn't buy cigarettes, which is alright because I follow rules.. i had brought my neice cup to get her a coffee refill, but due to the Covid19, no refills, which is perfectly understandable, but HOWEVER, today this morning was a crazy experience. Only 1 lady was nice. There was a guy following me around at the coffee machine, he was following me so much i said Hows your day going,, lol and he watched me get coffee out the machine and I stopped it because it looked like only water was coming in my cup. He YELLED dont DO That! because I removed the cup. I told him I didn't want water down coffee, so the 1 nice lady came over and explained the machine to me, and I was greatful, I finally filled my cup. i got 4 lil creamers and 2 lil doubleshots. He watched me take the coffee and creamers to counter, as though I was gonna steal it. Like he stood at the line with me. Then the nice cashier told me its $.10 for each of the lil creamers if I didn't pour it in cup now ‍ OMG. The coffee was for my neice, then the mean lady gonna yell out to me , WELL YOU NEED TO CALL YOUR NEICE To FIND OUT HOW MUCH TO USE BECAUSE IF YOU CARRY THE CREAMER OUT THE STORE ITS 10 CENTS! Like it was early I needed cigarettes, but I forgot fo my ID, I wanted a refill couldn't get that, and I understand that, but to follow me around like I was gonna steal some darn creamer was ridiculous. Only 1 person was great, the other lady and the guy were rude, and after years of going to this store, no out of my 57 years of life I've never felt so mistreated by any person. I had to pray because I felt really bad vibes.
Lately I just use the atm and walk to another gastation because the one cashier working has 6 or 8 people in line .Its three workers in the storeThe last 5 visits this week I left out cause of long lines and slowness .I spend round 20 or more a visit.I live in the neighborhood.
The young lady on graveyard shift chrishone is so polite and fast paced. Store is always clean and we'll stocked when I come in. Great service thank you
Shonda is incredibly rude. Treated us poorly because my husband sneezed. Covered his sneeze and she acted like he was sneezing on the store and their merchandise. Then proceeded to talk badly about us IN FRONT OF US to other customers. Don’t know if she was discriminating against us for being younger because she was also rude to a teenage boy. Never been yelled at for sneezing before. Hope she works out her issues at home and not with the line of customers.
You come for the products, not the people. The employees are like robots. No personality or customer service. Edit: Lately it's gotten worse! Long lines, no sense of urgency, prices seem high. Makes you really feel like the customer doesn't matter!
Strange things are not afoot at the Circle K. I did not really need anything from here, I just went for nostalgic purposes. I had recently watched Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventures and it was kind of stormy outside. I drove up there on the off-chance that I could have my own adventure with my own Rufus. I hung out and dressed in some clothes I had from the 80's. There was no phone booth unfortunately and I did not get to travel through time. There was a really short guy who could have been Napoleon. I shouted at him 'Ziggy Piggy' but I do not think he understood me. I felt like Linus in The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. I waited around for a bit but will be back next year.
Customer is always second, constantly have to wait for the clerks to finish their annoyingly long conversations with other employees/customers before being helped. This is supposed to be a convenience store where you pay extra for the convenience of being in and out quickly.
