Was just at Circle K on James Island S.C. at Camp and Folly. I put $2 in air machine and then found out is was out of order, hose broken. I went inside to ask if they were aware of the problem, and the man said "YES". I asked why he didn't put an out of order sign for the customers, and he said it wasn't his problem. I lost $2 to Circle K and got not respect from staff. This is the state of America's corporations. BROKEN.
The staff at the Davidson Rd Concord location is wonderful. My car broke down and I was able to pull onto their lot. While I was waiting for my mechanic, I watched the girls working cleaning, stocking, and waiting on customers. I can’t say enough good about these 3 ladies. I was here from 11:00 to 3:00 on 03/10/2003 and they never stopped. Great employees!!!
I went to my grandson and because birth reveal stopped at circle k on Charlie griffin rd store got my usual polar cup put in my phone number the clerk said you got a point but you still owe 1.18 I pay for your service even though it went up to 10.99 a month . I just want someone to hear me and fix it.
Does Circle K not have pride in their customer service? ALL of your stores are nasty..the coffee machines are nasty and most of the time out of cappuccino. I just left the Lawyers Rd. Store to get a cappuccino and 2 flavors were empty. I asked the employee why they did not keep up their machines and she shrugged and said I don't know. Does Circle K not know that the customers are what keeps them open. Nasty machines are a health hazard so I will be calling the health department. Get your act together Circle K!!!
Branden Flasch who is a eMobility manager in North Carolina was on vacation in Florida. long story short we exchanged conversation at a Electric Vehicle charger. i mentioned this info was private that i was going to share. he agreed he wouldn’t disclose. a week later i find out branden flasch shared the confidential information with his youtuber friend and his friend posted it. I then lost my job. the sad part. his friend asked if he could post it. and i said “NO i would lose my job” you guys have a low life representing circle k. i am without a job because he won’t have his buddy remove the post. HELP ME
I was over charged for some POWER BALL lottery tickets at the Sardis/Monroe Rd Circle K. I took my tickets in for them to count and they refused. I asked them to watch the video and she refused. An employee recalls the situation to the letter but was cohearsed to refuse my refund because the manager kept saying it will be on you if you give it back to her. The manager threatened to call the police as if they could help us solve the matter. I have called corporate for three days and no call back. Guess I have to drive to Tyvola Rd. P.S. IT IS ONLY $10. BUT MY $10!!!!!!!
I went to a circle k and one of the employees scanned my lottery ticket because their self scan machine was broken. She then brought back a $50 claim ticket to the register she didn't think I saw and told me I didn't win anything proceeded to check me out and said have a good day. I had, had a long day so at first I was very confused and let it go but put the pieces together after I left. If this is how they treat costumers be very careful in the future. I've tried calling customer service and their headquarters with 0 response just got a heads up to everyone out there.
someone needs to check out the store on hwy n44 wesr and raymond rd. in bullitt county kentucky,never have i ever met a more rude staff,all of them,you hear people complain about them specifically in other quik stops.
A million + dollar companies that can't keep up with their store's maintenance. And their win circle k game sucks because stores can't keep winning prizes in stores. Oh by the way there is not a car wash either
Would not sell me any Gatorade because the bar codes wouldn't scan. Circle K has only had Gatorade for 30 years in their stores. Employee didn't even say they were sorry, just I can't sell you this. I left my $15.00 worth of other product on the counter and left and went to Parker's Convenience Store where I should have gone in the first place.
