The top circle, which is balanced securely on the other two, represents the blessing of a sound mind. The lower circles are intertwined, representing the interdependence of physical and emotional health. The mission of Circles of Care is to promote and provide high quality mental health, alcohol, drug abuse and related services to its customers through its hospital based and State and County contracted programs.
