Best gym around! Always clean and all of the equipment is top tier. Awesome opportunities for people in strongman, powerlifting and body building. It’s smaller but everyone is very friendly and it is never too crowded! We have been coming for about a year now and couldn’t image being anywhere else!

This gym is awesome! The owner is really accommodating and professional. There are no bs hidden fees or contracts. If you go at night it feels like it is your own personal gym with all top quality equipment! There is even a lot of of unique equipment you won't find at many gyms like adaptive squat and bench press bars.

This gym has the best equipment and Adam really knows what he is doing. He can help you meet your individual goals. The look and feel of the gym is addicting. I love the exposed brick and the remnants of the old bank safe. Definitely a place that makes you want to lift. Keep up the good work!

Citizens Gym is the kind of fitness facility you would expect to see in a more urban area. The cardio and weight training equipment are state of the art, the locker rooms/bathrooms are exceptionally clean and modern, and you couldn’t possibly ask for a more friendly staff. Both Adam and Nick are always willing to help members in any way they can and it’s also a place where anyone will feel comfortable working out no matter their level of fitness. Truly, it’s a gem in the charming downtown area of Paducah and I am so glad that I decided to get away from the facilities around the mall area for a much better overall gym experience. I highly recommend!

Really good gym to go to for whatever you want to accomplish. If you are new to a gym you are made to feel welcome here. So don't feel bad at this place if you don't know what to do. Friendly people good gym. I like it. I would recommend coming here.

Love working out at Citizens Gym! The equipment is top notch, the group of people that work out there are super friendly and always challenge each other to become stronger and healthier. There’s no gym like it in Paducah, I highly recommend it for everyone!

Citizen’s Gym is an inviting and inspiring space. The equipment is the best around. They care about your progress. I stay at Citezen’s Gym because they care about helping me meet my goals and there is not a better place around to work out. There are tons of places nearby to reward yourself after working out, including the healthy options at Highwater! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Convenience paired with top of the line equipment and a beautiful, clean facility makes this the best gym in the Paducah area. Its also bicycle friendly!

Great gym. I was from out of town and got a free pass followed by a day pass. Paid online.
