I was reassured to find the virus scanner running on the ATM when I came to deposit money. Like any good citizen, I minimized the scanner instead of terminating the scan. We're all in this together and computer viruses are very serious business. #ittakesteamwork #tomakethedreamwork
I've been with citizens for many years and have not found a better Bank to deal with.
I'll focus on this branch versus the larger institution Citizens Bank. This branch has always been quick, efficient and friendly. In a banking world more and more based on the internet, it's important to stand out as a brick and mortar and I think this branch does that. The tellers are always helpful and friendly. I can't speak to the loan services etc., but for standard banking needs, this place has it down.
They incorrectly do our deposit amount more times than not and it is always less than what we give them. They also come across as rude/annoyed when asked to correct this and just make excuses and blame others. I would go to the Westlake one off of Columbia instead. They are fantastic over there.
This is a good bank, but the drive up at has only a few buttons that work. For example, I can only take $60 out at a time because it's the only functioning touch-button.
Great Customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Not like the big banks they actually answer the phone and take time to solve any problems.
