I tried to help my employee by driving him all the way to this branch office from Painted Post when his Citizens Bank Card was taken out of service unexpectedly, only to find the office closed due to “inclement weather”, a thin excuse not to show up the Friday before Christmas Eve. The last time I checked, the rest of us had to go out in the inclement weather to go to work, but you get a free pass for laziness if you work at a bank I guess. Absolutely terrible customer service when the problem with my employee’s card was their system to begin with.

Te staff is friendly goes above and beyond to help you and most of all they always have a smile on their face and they remember your name.

Horrible tried dropping off a deposit with work doors was locked with no customers in side just tellers while open and they all looked at me like I was retarded when the sign says up to 2 people at a time.
