Kate Marino helped me with international wire transfer. Due to the internal delay it took longer than expected but she was very courteous and efficient. She was friendly and helpful. It is unfortunate that staff gets blamed for government regulations. I would like to see her again for service and I would recommend her for her exemplary service.
I've had Citizens for many years and never had an issue until going to this branch just moved to Fairhaven recently. Kate Marino the "student loans" expert was helping me with refinancing some student loans. Long story short, she just dragged me along the application process, telling me she'll get back to me in x amount of days, never did so i had to keep emailing her a couple days after. She just flat out never got back to me on our last email, despite me having many unanswered questions. Overall just handled my case very unprofessionally. Will just be traveling a little further to another branch in the future.
Friendly staff, clean, spacious, modern office with convenient location! I visited for the first time last week and had a fantastic experience. My daughter had opened an account and was applying for a student loan. Katherine, the team member who assisted her with the application, was very personable and knowledgeable. Although, I do not have any personal banking experience with Citizens, they certainly made a positive first impression.
Horrible service. Witnessed the branch manager Seth having a altercation with a customer. He was talking back to them on a level that was disrespectful . When the customer left he was laughing with a woman name Maureen in the office. They was talking about the customer in not so nice ways. Very unprofessional both should be fired. I witnessed all this while waiting to open a checking account. Contacted a family member who has a business account with Citizen and he now no longer uses citizens.
As a member of their bank for 18 years. I had multiple business and personal accounts. One day they sent me letters it says that they will give no explanation but I need to remove all my accounts within a couple weeks. And prior to the date that they said I needed to have the accounts closed they froze all the bank accounts. No explanations of any kind. A horrible, ridiculous, offensive Business experience.
Good people but the building is challenged. No drive-through too many ATM's only two tellers are you kidding me! This building doesn't compare to the old one. And the Stop n Shop branch no cash transaction.... What did we do as loyal customers to deserve these unfortunate changes. Please reconsider.
ALL they care about....IS THEM! I have a REAL problem with a bank that charges a fee for cashing "one of their checks"....written to a client that doesn't have an account there! Just DOES NOT seem right! Maybe that's why they call them...."Piggy Banks"! They should be ashamed.... I hope they have changed this policy? I wonder if they got "bail out monies" in the 2008 disaster... If so....that was MY taxpayer monies they borrowed....and I wasn't allowed to charge them a fee!
No issue... excellent service easy going ppl.
Bank is a terrible bank and wouldn't recommend, the tellers are extremely rude and it takes an hour to deposit a check, ridiculous.
They had snacks and smiles. Great energy at this place!
