This branch is very shady the associates that work there. A man asked for my social security number and was whispering to me as if he didnt want anyone to hear. I asked why he needed my social security number I was just depositing some rent money normally they ask only for ID he could not give me a reason. Lot of times associates will ask for your personal information like social security which they have no right to ask for unless you are opening an account with them to do fraud activities and steal your identity. Please be careful who you give the information to and always question why they are asking for it. Sadly I did not get his name. But be careful going into this branch. No other branch asks for social security ever just ID normally when I go to deposit rent in other locations. You should only be asked for ss# if you are opening an account not when you are depositing money on your land lords account or doesnt matter whoever. Stay safe everyone.
My wife had to conduct some business at this particular branch. Manager Ms. Kenya Thompson assisted my wife. Ms. Kenya had very polite disposition. Thank you so much for dealing my wife in kindness and helping her to accomplish her goal.
Really great bank, also very convenient for me being within a 3 block radius. Banking teller always nice named Marco. I had a double debited situation he was able to calm me down. He really helped me with my situation.
Yes they're friendly but they're horrible I asked for a loan my credit is fair which is a 680 and my mind is perfectly fine I don't have no criminal record or nothing on my case right now hitting on me whatsoever and I still can't get a loan after they told me I could qualify for a loan then send me another piece of paper stating that I don't qualify no thank you I'm closing out my account tomorrow I'm going to go to a better Bank this is the worst thing I have ever had and I can't even ask for a loan wow I had to close it out and go to another bank please another bank will be understanding and when we just give me the money I would like if I wanted to take a loan don't forget to charge me money every month to put on use a card but don't give me a way to do that and I'll find one that's going to give it to me on the spot
I was not welcomed by the employees. I felt very uncomfortable. I gave 2 stars because the guard was honest in his replies when discussing this matter with the manager. I will make considerable effort not to bank at this location unless I am using the ATM.
I received good attentive service.
This bank is in a bad location, don't know why they moved there need to find a better location
