This is a wonderful bank with great and kind people! Not only do they making setting up accounts and loans easy, straightforward, and efficient, but they offer PERKS that I havent seen other banks offer. They offer area discounts, roadside assistance, protection for cell phones and identify theft, free credit score checking, and free COFFEE/drinks...whats not to love! They even send kids $2 to deposit into their accounts for their birthdays...how fun! Love this bank and the people!!
I have been in the customer service business my entire life and I can not think of a single thing I could do to make the banking experience better at Citizen's. The staff goes out of its way to make my day and they do it every time I go in and that is about 4 times per week. They consistently out do themselves and my expectations. I have never been to a bank with such friendly employees. They always have a smile on their faces. The free coffee punchcard or pop is an unexpected treat. Free popcorn on Friday's! The time they take to help you set up and explore accounts makes it a memorable experience. I highly recommend opening an account at this Onalaska Citizens Bank Branch!
My husband and I recently moved from Utah and needed a local bank here in Onalaska. We spoke with Tricia Olsen by phone prior to our move and she hooked us up with new accounts so everything was ready to go when we arrived. We first met Tricia and the rest of the staff at a branch open house and got to know each other a bit over sloppy joes and all kinds of good stuff. Going in to do business feels like running into friends. We’ve been very happy with the service and all the financial options available. The coffee bar was a pleasant surprise.
Love banking at Citizens!! The Onalaska staff are always so friendly. Leah spoils the kids and makes banking easy. Leaving with a delicious iced coffee makes the trip even more enjoyable
