Marti is rude and difficult to work with. I have a Citrus County Permit for a food trailer business. Although I was permitted ,Marti argued with me stating I couldn't possibly have a permit because I wasn't inspected on these premises. Manuel is helpful and working to complete the task. He seems very friendly and understanding ! The office staff seems very helpful and professional.

I would not rent facilities from them. Marti is rude. They gave us the wrong key for a Sunday baby shower. After an hour of freaking out in the parking lot with no number to call, we got in through the window. All the cabinets were locked and we had the wrong key so we couldn’t use anything. When we returned the key, Marti said going through the window was “unacceptable” as if we had a choice. No one apologized to us for their mistake.
