Citrus Sports and Apparel

I have been dealing with Citrus Sports and Apparel for years. Will is one of the hardest working and honest guys I have ever dealt with. I work for a NASCAR team and will only buy our merchandise from Will. Truly one of the best small businesses out there!!

This place must have all the business they could ever need, because the employee I spoke with had no interest in obtaining my companies business. Tip to the owner, an employee being polite and courteous goes a long, you aren’t doing your customers a favor by accepting their business, so stop acting like it.

Very unprofessional and lack of communication with their customers needs some serious work. Go in to make an order for some T-shirts they tell you it's going to be 2 weeks 3 to 4 weeks later you have to call and find out if your order is ready. Then they want to act like it's your fault you're getting aggravated because you don't have the order you paid for on time. Never again doing business with these people!

Called up Citrus Sports and Apparel and placed an order. They were extremely helpful and I recieved my finished in a week. This is very quick, considering the shirts had to be ordered and due to Covid 19, shipping is difficult. The product that I recieved was excellent. My organization will be using them in the future and I will be recommending them.

Hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a T-shirt printing company when I originally went in they told me it should be within two weeks to have an order ready, not only did it take a month or more, anytime I called for an update I got attitude and excuses. Finally when they told me the shirts would be done the next day lo and behold I get a phone call the next day telling me they printed them with the wrong colors that wasn’t even my logo colors at this point I wish I could’ve pulled the plug and got my money back but I was in too deep they said they would replace the shirts and re-print them which they did and I was very glad to be done being held hostage by this poor excuse of a company . So I picked up the shirts and within a week of having them the design started to fail so of course I reached out to them to say I would like to have a refund because this isn’t quality workmanship but they decided did not respond so that’s why I’m here leaving this review and I would love to leave zero stars but Google makes you leave at least one please beware of the shoddy company! Don’t waste your time and money!

I am so DISAPPOINTED. Friday the 14th i was in the market for 25 T-shirts with my business logo on them. I went on multiple sites and was doing some shopping. I stumbled across this company on google. I gave them a call and i spoke to Hannah. I told her what i required. " I need 25 T-shirts by Saturday the 22nd, can this be done. She said yes, However it typically takes two weeks but we should have no problem. She stated "send me your logo and we will have a proof by Monday the 17th". I never received a phone call. IN FACT i called and left voicemail's Monday , Tuesday & Wednesday and follow up emails. Nothing. I receive a phone call Thursday the 20th at 8:35am. It was Hannah. She stated "Sir we cannot have these shirts done for you by this Saturday it is impossible! I was under the impression you need them by the Saturday following. Now that excuse could work, but the sad part is, the same Friday i spoke to her for the first time over the phone, i PERSONALLY drove to the mall after our phone call. I went up to the counter and i asked to speak to Hannah, it was indeed her behind the counter and I told her i wanted her to be able to put a face and business name together. She oh hi! You need them by Saturday right? the 22nd? she then pointed to a wall with a calendar next to her seat, to the exact day with her index finger and said yea those should be done by then. You must be joking. Right?! So i told her that is is unacceptable. I should of received a phone call Monday to allow me more time to find another solution. She at this point could care less about my needs as a customer. I even told her i would be writing to the BBB and also leaving a bad review on google. SHE DID NOT CARE. So this is what i advise to anyone reading this review. Do not waste your time. This business is not Customer Centric. You are better off going on custom ink and dealing with a better seasoned company. In fact i called TOP TIER graphics & apparel in Gainesville one of our executives referred them to me on Thursday @ 9am and i just picked up my shirts for my event on Saturday. So for the owner of this establishment. I wish to see you react to this review. But not for me because it is too late to fix my experience. But for your next customer. Make sure you train your staff. So your next customer does not encounter what i did. Because you never know who your next customer will be. Kind Regards, Gil

Specifically told Hannah at the front desk I did not want half of my shirt to be blank still ended up with bottom half of my shirt blank. To Quality I'm happy with Hannah's attitude not so much! Very rude and childish

I dropped off shirts to be screen printed 3 weeks before Christmas..I was planning on giving the finished product out as Christmas presents to my customers... citrus sports and equipment really let me down and did not deliver on time for Christmas...then never bothered to call when the shirts where finally finished...if a shop is that busy ...they should hire holiday help..I will find another place to get my screen printing done in the future...i tried to shop locally...I was very disappointed
