City By The Sea Vet

There are not enough ways to describe how wonderful City by the Sea is. I was so excited when their sign first went up that there was a vet coming to town. I was there during their first week and I knew they were special. Dr Tom is the most incredible vet I have ever had. He is knowledgeable, empathetic and truly has provided excellent care for both my rescue bulldogs. He takes the time to explain things clearly. Karen is truly one of the kindest and most authentic people I have met. She also always makes time for people and loves all the pets so much. The whole team is wonderful and I and Maggie and Lola are very grateful for them !

Great overall experience. Been going here for roughly 3 years now. Our dog loves the staff and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Definitely seems like the staff are actually there to help animals and not just collect a paycheck which is hard to find They’re also conveniently located next to a coffee shop and pizza place if you arrive hungry and tired.

I can’t even articulate how amazing this practice and the entire staff is at City by the Sea Vet. Very reasonable pricing. They never try to oversell. They never rush and are always very honest and fair. Reception, vet techs, the doctors….all amazing and have been consistently since they opened. Dr. Stafford particularly cared for my 2 boxers up until their passing. I had to put my 15 yo boxer down there…and they were so compassionate and understanding. They gave her donuts and apple pie and peanut butter and chocolate as she passed. As devastating and heartbreaking as losing her was, it was very beautiful and peaceful the way they let her pass doing what brought her the most joy eating. Even if you’re not local….this vet is worth the trip. They have a lifelong, loyal patron in me.

Dr. Santos is without a doubt the best vet around - she is not only credible, accommodating, understanding but most importantly a real animal lover. They care about your pet here. The entire staff is incredibly nice and sweet to their patients. There were 3 people in the room with my dog and I appreciated the additional insight and patience listening to our issues at hand. They made the extra effort to call the day after my dog got a shot to make sure he was feeling okay - which I thought was incredibly sweet as these places are often busy.

Wonderful experience! Hank has always hated the vet and would try to avoid being examined. This visit was undoubtedly his most calming visit. Dr. Santos and staff worked with him slowly and kept him loaded with treats and goodies. He didn’t even know he got 4 vaccines and blood drawn. So happy we found this veterinary office. Highly recommend!

For years I have taken my two little cats sisters to a different vet office. That office has undergone some maintenance while having a temporary closure. My vets office supplied a handful of places to visit in the meantime which brings me to City by the Sea. Great reviews. Friendly staff, informative, thorough, caring and everything you want with your pet care. Glad I chose this place !

Super friendly staff, very clean clinic and my pup Rooney loves to visit because they give her yummy treats. It’s a pleasant experience every time. They will ask you if you’re comfortable with any treatments before recommending and they will answer any questions you might have. Love City by the Sea vet!

I just moved to the area and City By The Sea Veterinary was highly recommended by my brother. He was so on point. I loved the friendly welcome and the sweet and caring approach every person had when interacting with my yorkie-poo Luigi. Thank you so much for the great experience. I will actually look forward to future visits...not something I thought I would ever say while headed to see a vet.

It took me awhile to write this review because time was not gracious to my little Snickers. We found " city by the sea vet's " in the last couple months of our time with fur baby because we were looking for a place which provided acupuncture. I really honestly have to say I wished we knew about this place long before. Don't get me wrong, we had very good veterinarians before, and we had many because our little one was a puppy mill survivor and had plenty of issues. But to find a place with compassion for the dogs AND the owner is not wide spread. Dr. Brianna is truly an angel and helped me a lot in my difficult time. Every person in the clinic was . The staff was always pleasant and showed concern for the well-being of their fur patients. Sadly the time to say goodbye came and Dr. Brianna helped me to find a home service. I received a wonderful card in the end. If my heart is open for new company i will return
