Omg best movie theater ever!!! better than ctc *Cortland town center * I live how the chairs reclining so relaxing and I was sad there was no more spider man popcorn buckets. but I like how u can pick your seats. Def will come back.
***Disheartening Experience from manager Jasmin*** As the movie was scheduled around 11 PM, I headed to the food court to grab some popcorn before settling in. Unfortunately, it seemed that the food court kitchen was preparing to close for the night. The employee behind the counter made a derogatory and offensive comment, remarking aloud, "Why is this N-word coming in now?" This comment was not only inappropriate but deeply hurtful. What was even more disheartening was the response of the manager, Jasmin. Instead of addressing the issue and reprimanding the employee for his offensive behavior, Jasmin supported the comment by her silence.
It's a great and beautiful place to go, clean, very big, comfortable sits, the atmosphere outstanding, and the people friendly
Been coming here for 15 years now and it's the only movie theater I go to! Located conveniently in a shopping mall with ample garage parking spots - It's only $1/hour. On tuesdays they do bargain prices so tickets are only about $8. In today's inflation pricing, that's really good! I always choose the smaller theaters with the electronic reclining seats. Absolutely love those and makes the experience much more enjoyable. They gotta do something about the bathrooms though. Very poorly kept with most stalls out of order and paper towels just piling up in the trash and dispensers completely empty.
Nice theater, clean, efficient. Relatively easy undercover parking can use parking app. Reclining seats
Went to watch the Early Access Mission Impossible Dead on July 10. Terrible experience! 1. Long popcorn line. 1 person serving the entire theater. Popcorn machine broken 2. They did not turn off the lights up to 15 minutes into the movie. A guy in our row had to chase the manager and then he came and turned it off 3. Reclining chairs did not recline and the floor was sticky! Irony of it all, they played a short video in the beginning of Cruise thanking people for coming and watching movies on big screen .. and they picked this “premium “ theater :
Owen was so helpful & supportive. I told him that I am super sensitive to the loudness of the movies. I, like an autistic person, can be overwhelmed & literally, in pain. Immediately he radioed someone to turn the noise level down a few notches. It was the 1st movie I have been able to enjoy in ten years! Thank you Owen!!!!! Ps. We watched Indiana Jones! Action packed!
This is one of the best movie theater I have been in thus far. Very clean environment, and great customer service. The reclining seats and the positioning of the seats are very nice and comfortable. It gives you a great view of the movie. I also like the table that is attached to every seat, it comes in handy when you have food to eat. I had a great time here and will most definitely come back again.
This is a response to the recent review of City Center 15 cinema de lux. Ben Philip’s review is completely FALSE and spreading false accusations about workers complaining to serve and saying a derogatory word towards the customers. I was listening after I stepped out the theater to refill my slurpy and not heard a single complaint or curse word from the employees like the accusers are saying. The management of this movie theater have been phenomenal, I’ve been coming to this movie theater for 12+ years and still is the goto movie theater to watch latest movie releases. Reviewers like this are horrendous and to falsely accuse employees is crazy and just want to be compensated for the “Situation” they’ve went through. These employees are completely professional and work their butts off day and night. It’s always 10/10 experience from purchasing a movie ticket to leaving the theater.
Very stale and hard popcorn tasted like it was from the morning. My wife and I were both sweating from the heat because the AC is nonexistent. And the movie stopped halfway through. This used to be the best movie theater.
