Fun place for kids as well as dogs! Two playgrounds for children to enjoy, one of which is accessible for people with disabilities to be able to enjoy the playground. They've got a walking trail around the park and not far from the playgrounds. There's a fun dog park. A lot of stuff to entertain all members of your family!
We always have our U8 soccer practice out here and it's always well maintained and plenty of open space. Only downfall is they only have one pavilion and it's opposite the playgrounds for the kids. Cannot remember if there is a grill there or but if there isn't they need one. As for improvements just add a few more pavilions with grills and move them closer to the play grounds and basketball courts and I'm all in. Just gotta make it happen captain some how . Picnic area: Just wish they had more pavilions and grills to rent out and have celebrations in. And wish those would be closer to the play ground and basketball courts
It's a well maintained ball park with a nice playground. Unfortunately today, 6/17/23, the hand dryer in the restroom at the playground was not working.
The playgrounds of my era don't compare at all to the playgrounds of this era. I wish to God that the playgrounds still existed from when I was a kid. But this one is the closest one. There is a lot to play on. There are other parks and playgrounds in the town. Not one of them compares to what they used to be. I understand times have changed. I never got hurt on any of them. They are all inferior to what I experienced as a child. I have to admit that this one is the closest. Still though, it is inferior to what I experienced. No playground is the same as it was in the 80s and 90s. I don't care where you live.
It would be great if there were picnic tables all around park. So people can come, relax and watch their kids.
They always have neat and fun things to do and the playgrounds are great with lots to do.
Love it here. Had girl scout meeting. Troop 1817. Making care bags for the homeless!
Well pleased with all the asphalt parking lots. Nice baseball fields, especially F-1 and F-2.
