To qualify for the Low Income Furniture Program your household income must be $48,000/year and be at least 18 years old just sign up with Philadelphia Consumers Association, Inc., the cost is $50. You wil receive a photo ID which will serve as a discount and admissions card. By signing up to the Philadelphia Consumes Associaton, Inc. you will be able to purchase furniture at factory cost. There is no down payment with the options of free lay-away or one year financing with no interest for 3 months. There will be no credit checks and next day delivery.
