I love this place. I've purchased with them for happy events, congratulatory events, and unfortunately, very sad times. They are so kind and professional. They always treat the customers like they are family. Very reasonably priced too! They are all very nice but I always work with Maria.
By far the best florist in the Greater New Hyde Park area and even the North Shore of Western Nassau County. All flowers exceptionally fresh and last longer than flowers purchased elsewhere. Excellent and outstanding customer service in a consistent basis. I have been a customer of City Line for a long time and they always give you excellent value. Highly recommend.
If you want fresh beautiful flowers that will last order them at City Lone! They make beautiful arrangements and their flowers always looked fresh picked. I will use them again and again.
Customer service is terrible and they lied to me about the quality of chocolate they was going to send. They asked me if I would like to add GODIVA for $25. I said yes. They didn’t not send GODIVA. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE. Never using them again.
As always City Line delivers the most beautiful arrangements without breaking the bank, like some of their competitors. Every time I stop in to place an order, it feels like old friends just catching up. They always make me feel like the most important customer they have. I'll always be a City Line Florist customer !
City Line never disappoints. Every time I use them to send flowers the recipients call to say how absolutely beautiful the flowers are. Today was no exception. Love that year after year the quality and service are always on point.
I was very relieved to find that City Line Florist was open yesterday, Memorial Day, since I needed a funeral arrangement to be delivered today for a one-day wake. This was the first time I had utilized their services, and I was extremely satisfied! The sales attendant, Maria, was very attentive to my needs from the moment I entered the shop. I explained what I was looking for, and she graciously and professionally accommodated my request. When I attended the wake today and saw the arrangement that they had created, I couldn’t have been more pleased. The family of the deceased commented to me on how beautiful the display was, and I was very glad that I ordered from City Line Florist. I would definitely recommend them, and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

We used City Line Florist in New Hyde Park, NY for our grandma's funeral and I'm so thankful we did. We live in Florida but grandma's final resting plans were home in NY so planning everything from a distance was extra stressful worrying about how things would look or if they would be delivered in time etc. However, everyone my husband or I dealt with at City Line was honest about what they could or couldn't do, knowledgeable, helpful and worked with our budget. We sent pictures of what we liked and they delivered. Of all the flowers that were delivered, City Line flowers looked the best and the flowers had a beautiful scent rare to find roses with a scent anymore. To top it off, my sister-in-law ordered a rosary to go in the casket from another online company, and they didn't deliver!! No empathy or apology, just a refund. She was devastated!!! I called up City Line from the funeral home 20 minutes before the wake and explained what happened. They were able to make and deliver in less than an hour. Impressive!!! This was one of the most important flower pieces for my husband and his sister to have for their grandma and it was only thanks to this local florist she had it. What an amazing family owned business that delivers beautiful arrangements when you need, and even deliver when the online giants fail you. Some things are too important to risk. I strongly recommend City Line Florist in New Hyde Park. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The Onorato Family.
Our family chose City Line Florist to prepare all the flower arrangements for my mothers funeral. I must say the flowers were simply gorgeous!! The colors, size and freshness were outstanding. They do the most beautiful and professional work. It was all delivered on time. Maria’s help, understanding, caring and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend!
