This is one of the best markets in Pagosa Springs. It's clean and the people are so friendly. They have an awesome Bakery and not to mention their meat and fish station. Everything looks fresh and ready to eat. I definitely will be doing all my grocery shopping at this city market. Keep up the good work team
Shame! Sushi? 99% rice and 1% seafood. The tuna and salmon was sliced paper thin and it was cleverly placed over the rice as to hide the portions of both the seafood and rice on each piece. All rice! I was deceived as to what I a buying. Never again at this location. Shame!
A nice clean shop, with likely everything you need. The staff was helpful in finding something for our kids very quickly. The produce that we looked at was just like was expect at any shop in our home town. I saw a smile on everyone's face that was working there too!
I stopped by the City Market fuel center, the employee running the fuel center had just placed a sign in the window that said he was going on break and would be back in 15 minutes. I pay with cash, very quickly, more fuel customers are waiting to pay also with cash. After a 20 minute wait, still no one returning to the fuel center booth. After several attempts to contact the store,I finally was able to speak with a person. It seemed that there was really no concern or worry about having a employee come and help the multitude of customers waiting to fuel up that pay with cash. I finally gave up waiting, as did most of the other customers who had been waiting and I went elsewhere to buy fuel. Very poor customer service.
Great selection! The produce dept was fresh, and had so many choices. I loved the meat market and full service counter.
What a delight to come across a market with so many options. very well lit and clean, every aisle may have choices for a wide variety of people. I do recommend shopping here. You may also want to experience a more organic approach at the Natural Grocers closer to downtown.
After shopping at this location and from knowing multiple people who currently work here and have in the past, I discovered not only multiple health issues they create for customers by improper storage of foods, dairy, and meats. Also the store poisons deli meats with sanitizers in order to check temperatures when they are supposed to use alcohol Against state/federal health code regulations. The management also attempts to take advantage of employees by getting "lesser" workers to do the jobs of multiple people for the same pay as one. Also the management here holds no integrity/loyalty to there employees and have even lied to federal/state offices in order to discredit their past employes, and prevent their employees from recieving benefits.
Pharmacy stays busy all the time but they are always friendly, fast and helpful.
Of all the Randall's, Tom Thumb or Kroger's I've gone to, this one is exemplary. It sets a standard in CO.
I didn't go in. I just picked up my friend here. He was waiting for me outside. This store is in the Kroger family of stores.
