This is an incredibly busy pharmacy who’s staff works tirelessly - especially at peak times. The main pharmacist who has a beard is so sweet and the ladies checking me in are as well. They’re always quick to pickup the phone when I call with a question and courteous and informative. These reviews are not reflective of that and it’s disappointing to see. I’ll always get my prescriptions placed here!
These most rude Women behind the counter. Have never been more disrespected by these ladies. Unbelievable attitude and immensely unprofessional. If i was their manager i would be ashamed for training these two. They way in which i was talked down to was horrible. Especially short, black haired girl. Should be fired on the spot. Disgusting.
I wouldn’t have shared my experience and would have counted it a one-off and just bad timing but I saw each customer before and after me be treated in the same manner. This staff is so rude and condescending. The “lady” that helped me was so unhelpful and condescending and when she asked the pharmacist a question that I had asked her they both blew me off. I asked about an OTC medicine for my son while I was picking up a prescription for both he and myself she said it did not exist. I then checked the medicine aisle myself and it was right there, plain as day. The pharmacist did not even look away from her screen to address me or the other employee. I understand they are busy and short staffed, but we all are. If I ever acted that way at my job I’d be unemployed. We are all struggling right now and a little kindness goes a long way. I pity these employees that they are so bitter at the world and take it out on their customers. I can take it, but I feel bad for the little old ladies I witnessed them also being rude to. Yuck. I’ll gladly travel the extra 10 miles to Frisco to the Walmart pharmacy from here on out. Sadly, there will surely be no repercussions for these horrible human beings. Anyone that gives positive reviews has to be an employee or friend or family of an employee.
This is the first negative review that I have ever posted but this pharmacy needs to clean house and start fresh with a new team. Consistently an absolutely terrible experience/service. Makes you wonder how these people were given the title DOCTOR.
I had an emergency need for medication left behind, I did not have my insurance information. I paid out of pocket full price for my medicine expecting reimbursement. My insurance informed me they can not reimburse back dated claims, they also said the pharmacy could have looked up my member number and my medicine would have y paid for. The ladies where very rude to me and did not attempt to get my insurance information which they had access to I'll be following up with Department of Justice
I went to this pharmacy to get antibiotics for my daughter. The lady at the counter was texting or something on her personal cell phone while I was standing there and when I got her attention finally, she told me to hold on went back to her phone and then was rude to me the whole time she was talking to me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Needless to say switched my prescription to a different pharmacy.
Got a tooth infection while on vacation at Breck. In order to get an antibiotic, Venessa worked closely with my home pharmacy to get a prescription transferred. We started the process at 3:30 in the afternoon and picked up my med less than three hours later! SUPER!!!!! Vanessa was great and Rachel pharmacist was also very helpful and spoke to me personally. These folks were great, friendly, and fast! It couldn't have been better!
If I could give negative stars I would. My main pharmacy is the Safeway Frisco Pharmacy they are WONDERFUL and I live one minute away from City Market in Breck. This week I had a prescription transferred from the Safeway Pharmacy to the City Market Breck pharmacy that I needed to fill immediately I did this because I have an infant at home and a husband out of town and needed to pick it up closer. I called them at 9 am and was given no updates. As it got closer to their closing time, I continued calling for over two hours to try and get a status update. Each time I called I was put on hold and ultimately hung up on. I even resorted to calling the main store line to let them know. Finally, 30 minutes before they close, they answered the phone and told me I can't get the prescription until tomorrow. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to bar none, and I have lived in multiple states. They are consistently understaffed and don't seem to make any effort to change that at least in the ten years I have lived in Breckenridge. Everyone who works there is incredibly rude and incompetent at their jobs. Even when I have called ahead, gotten through, and been a told a prescription was ready for pickup, I would have to wait for an hour + in the store. Heed my warning. The Breckenridge City Market Pharmacy and the people who work there will make you want to rip your hair out strand by strand. Go to Safeway Frisco. They are smart, helpful, and provide great customer service. It's worth the drive to never have to deal with City Market again. Avoid at ALL COSTS.
Everyone I talked with was rude and unhelpful. When I asked to switch the text alert from my wife’s phone number to mine the technician said, “well… can’t you just tell her to text you when we text her to say the prescription is ready?” instead of just switching the number in their system. When they told us they didn’t have what we needed in stock, I asked if they knew of a local pharmacy that may I needed it for my sick child and the pharmacist just told me there were several pharmacies in town and dismissed us. Terrible staff that doesn’t care about their customers.
My interaction with the pharmacist herself or someone dressed like one was unpleasant and unhelpful. No wonder they have mostly bad reviews. If you are looking for a pharmacy in Breckenridge, pick another one.
