I transferred my prescription for antibiotics from Carl's Pharmacy on Thursday the 7th and still have not received my antibiotics 5 days later...the staff mentioned they are very understaffed and I understand that isn't their fault but the pharmacy should not be accepting orders they cannot handle!!

Worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Example: I filled my prescriptions and received texts they were ready. I went in at 9am hours listed on Google as open, and the tech told me I would have to come back in an hour as they were just doing covid shots now. I explained I was moving and on my way out of town. It was my last stop before leaving town to move out of state. He reluctantly let a tech to the counter. The tech then told me my prescriptions weren’t ready and I could transfer them. So I did once I arrived to my destination. I had to call 2 different pharmacies to transfer my prescriptions as this pharmacy - City Market Pharmacy in Aspen - lied to me about “not receiving transfer requests” FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES. I spoke to Gavin, the tech who always sounds like he hates life, who lied and told me no transfers had been sent. The pharmacy I chose here to call them nearly has a five-star rating and is a small business, but okay...So then I called a second pharmacy in case they were lying about sending 2 requests and Gavin hadn’t received it. This pharmacy sent a third request and told me to call back in a few hours to check. I did, and guess what, they received nothing as well! Luckily I spoke with a tech here who found this alarming as now I had been without medications for 2 days since City Market refused to give me prescriptions that were supposedly ready in the first place. I guess being lazy and refusing business to people is more important than the side effects of going without someone’s medication. What a lawsuit that would be.

Terrible customer service from the Pharmacy Technician. Pharmacy staff did not  communicate information and their argument was defensive and passive-aggressive to try to turn blame on the customer instead of their failure to communicate their processes. Making a simple customer service transaction into an unnecessary unpleasant experience. Get your things together instead of finding blame on others. It is not a bad thing to say 'we are sorry, we made a mistake, please let us correct it moving forward'. So simple! Some people do not belong in customer service.

Do not use this pharmacy if you need a timely prescription fill.  Antibiotic Medication order was electronically sent on Saturday.  Not available in the pharmacy for pick up Saturday or Sunday.  Not ordered in their system until Monday.  Assured it would be available for pickup Tuesday.  Today is Tuesday and not here.  Told to check pack tomorrow afternoon.  Leaving town tomorrow AM.  Asked pharmacist to transfer script to my home pharmacy and was told that I must make the transfer.  Very frustrated and still have an active eye infection!

Worst pharmacy on earth.
