Our business has banked with CNB for many years. We never needed many extra services until the Covid era. Our banking rep is George Villacis. I cannot say enough to thank George for his diligent and thorough help through this entire 2 years. Without George our future was in question. Whether it was about our current loans or helping us through PPP he was always there. Not only is he very pleasant but he is very competent. As we return to normal we are happy to have George and CNB in our corner.
I applied for a PPP loan with CNB. George Villacis helped me every step of the way. He was responsive anytime I had questions. My loan funded recently and I want to thank George and CNB on a job well done.
I was a Citi National customer for a long time until management at this bank changed. Prior to Rosie being manager here the customer service was incredible Linda, Nellie, Maggie, and Sabrina were the dream team ...as a matter of fact it actually felt like family and I really enjoyed going to and being apart of this bank. Once Rosie became manager that all changed. The staff changed. The vibe changed. Completely unhelpful, rude, negligent, and acted as if they could care less whether I was a customer or not. And as a matter of fact Rosie even expressed verbally to me she didn't need my business. Linda prior manager was a classy woman and would never have spoken to anyone that way. Rosie is a classless lowlife and should never be a manager of anything or anywhere that has anything to do with customer service. Its no wonder her team of people that now work under her are also rude with poor customer service skills. Shame on CNB! I now bank with Aspiration who appreciates and takes care of their customers!!
We have been with CNB for about a year now. The Team, George, Rosy and CJ are great to work with and very responsive to our requests. Very happy with CNB.
I've been banking here for years!! I've seen people come and go, but their new management is their best Soo far, they are efficient, professional and have a very positive vibe.
George is very helpful and responsive.
