Cindy Kolenda aka Cynthia is a piece of work. Never been spoke to so rudely by a town official by asking questions. She asked “who are you” like WOW who do you think you are speaking to people like that? Like I can understand if you’re having a bad day but when I asked if I was the one being rude or if I offended her, she had said “no you’re not being rude” yet offered no apologies for her disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional tone. I honestly feel bad for her clearly she has deep rotted issues that have nothing to do with me but a professional should NEVER speak to people like that at work. Don’t work with the public if you are miserable bitter old women. Cranston you have A LOT of work to do to improve and I highly suggest you start with replacing a unethical women Cindy Kolenda.

Beautiful city nice residence but the police officers do not uphold their oath to the Constitution and will arrest people for taking pictures on the public sidewalk. As a results I will never come back to your city again because I believe in freedom and the Constitution and the people you have here that are supposed to safeguard that do the exact opposite.

Just seen a video of the mosoleum the city of cranston allows to be vandalized. Dead remains are scattered on the floor. Just horrified cranston, rhode island has lost all civilized morals and are living as beasts of the earth. Literal animals.

Discourteous woman in every department. Does anybody know how to say hello or may I help you? If you hate people so much than you probably shouldn’t work with the public. Our extremely high taxes can afford better.

I know they're concerned about the covid-19 pandemic but seriously.,..,,... The rest of the Northeast is opening up the rest of the countries opening up and you can't even walk through the front door at this place., People did the best they can to accommodate but

Miss the one time payment ..trying to explain to them to see is it possible for any exception but they said no because they don't have any records of someone that work there to make note on their computer..really what kind of customer service is that! This place is waiting for you to make one mistake and they eating you alive.

Went to the covid 19 vaccination clinic today with a family member everyone there was helpful,polite and ran a great clinic thank you to the mayor,volunteers ,staff and the fire dept this is how a clinic should be run

The side roads aren't plowed ! and people have to walk in the streets!! Lazy!, incompetent, don't give a s@!! about doing an efficient plowing job! Now it's all frozen over no salt ! No sand!?? Where do they find these characters anyway!??

I've lived in Cranston for 10 years, and have had zero issues with the staff that work at city hall.
