We really enjoyed our experience here! Such a peaceful place to walk and unwind. There are chairs placed throughout the trail. I enjoyed this because I had the opportunity to sit and observe the water. They have quite a bit of playground equipment for the younger kids. A little something for everyone is here.
Beautiful views by the lake. Appreciate this lovely park with playgrounds and walking trail. Apparently, there are plans to expand some tennis and other sports facilities. Maybe that is why a section of the park was a construction zone. Will need to come back with the grandkids to this special place.
Equipment is in good and safe condition. It is quiet and there is enough room for 50 plus children. The playground is in park 1 and the lake is off park 2. Restrooms were locked and that is my only complaint.
Love this park! Fishing and hiking with the family! They even have grills, picnic tables, park for the kids and more!
This park is surprisingly nice. I’ve been here a few times to play disc golf and the course on the tennis court side is fairly well maintained and marked. I couldn’t even find the first tee pad on the disc golf course on the other side. The tennis courts look well maintained with good nets and the bathroom isn’t too bad. I’ve been the day after some hard rains and didn’t have any issues with it being too wet/swampy.
Nice and quiet park. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. There is playground equipment for the toddlers and older kids which is always nice.
A beautiful park, well maintained, tennis courts/baseball field, an area for family/friends to gather/BBQ and a children's playground. The public restrooms were well maintained. Also their is a bike and walking path. I think their is Frisbee golf there too. After being in the house for so long, it was nice to experience this park here in the heart of Fayetteville. This park will be added to the faves list for sure!
For a park in a city this is really nice. I was there mid day on a Saturday in January and it wasn’t even that busy. I walked my dog there that day. There is a nicely paved trail going from one end to the other, but also several gravel and dirt trails through the woods. Some of those trails are part of the disc golf course. I expected the lake to be dirtier for a city park; it was actually not bad. Pretty view and lots of geese around that day.
Nice scenery, good place for a short break from the everydays runaround.
I actually really loved this park.I took my daughter. Just to have some mommy and me time with my best friend as well. She's Expecting so we when to sight see an walk, and it was just very nice relaxing and peaceful.
