Fontana Police Department is trash, you give good cops a bad names I called to file a police report, the cop didn’t want to take my report down. When I scheduled an appointment to speak with the sergeant four days ago, they still haven’t contacted me back.

Lazy workers. No pride in their job. Animal control tried very poorly to catch a very sick cat,  almost blind. Tried twice in less than 3 minutes gave up and just sat around. Waste of tax dollars. No accountability. Sat in my complex 40 minutes. Longer than they tried to help this sick cat. Very disappointing

Don't expect them to respond quickly to any noise complaint calls, or do anything about abandoned vehicle compaints, and I too have seen them run through a red light for no apparent reason, but because they have a big head and think they can.

Some are very friendly. And caring.when it comes to kids getting out of school. It gets bad.the teens yell.and scream at ppl and barking at dogs.we are fenced in.our camera's show what they are doing. Need more work on juniper by juniper elementary on up.speeding.the kids are horrible to animals n walk by homes screaming profanity to cameras.others.nothing they can do.police. say.please helps us all.we are 50+.love to move.but we own house.we love our home.many others do to.

It's clear that it's the 4th of Juliy and all the illegal fireworks that are being lit on every block and not one police patrolling or citing anyone is absurd do better  you can clearly hear and see them at least make presence known maybe that might help

Called in a noise dispute, they came out but only drove by... did not get out of their vehicle and issue a warning or citation to the offending house. It is now an hour later and the music is still blaring.

Office opens at 8!  Cops in Fontana and the civilians at the office are generally very friendly people. Down to earth and respectful. Just assisting with law enforcement- they have a serious attitude but not malicious at all! They’re obviously out to protect the public and enforce the laws we chose to have in place... Overall very effective police force.

Put a ticket on my car that my daughter is using because there is only 1 license plate on the vehicle.  The vehicle is registered in Arizona and the state of Arizona only issues 1 license plate.  The vehicle was parked on the street for about an hour.  The officer issued a ticket and somehow the front windshield came up broken.  The officers Sgt told me that he checked the officers body camera footage and says the windshield was fine when he put the ticket on the car...however they refuse to show us the video.  This in itself makes me believe that they are hiding something.  My daughter also recorded that same Sgt say that the only reason they put a ticket on the vehicle  is because it is related to a certain property.  So basically they are harassing her.  They did quash the ticket because apparently they do not know that Arizona only issues one plate.  I work for a police agency in Arizona  I have never seen anything like this in my 30 year career.  The Mayor and City Counsel need to take a look at this department.  Something is definitely is wrong at this Police Department.  I see more bad post's then good I'm just glad I don't live in Fontana.

They Weren't Bad at all In My Opinion. The only reason Most of you people are putting 1 Star Is Because They Got you guys in trouble. They Were Very fast They did there Jobs and Left. Got my Statement and The Officer that did So was VERY Nice to me. All Officers Had Respect and did what they had to. They probably have many Calls Coming in they have to take Care of the very important ones First as fast as possible. So They're not gonna Jump directly on Noise complaints when they have an assault and Robbery call.
