We facilitate the physical development of the City by providing an efficient one-stop source for project planning, construction plan review, permitting, and inspection services.
The Development Center is staffed by members of the Building Inspections Division, Planning Department, Engineering Department, Water and Sewer Utilities, Environmental Services, Fire Safety, and Traffic Safety. We are available for in-person consultations regarding development issues. Benefits of the one-stop approach include a simplified approval process and improved coordination of staff review efforts.
