its embarrassing enough you have to pay for agreements, pay for bogus infractions, yet with all the revenue they receive, they cant hire anyone to answer phones. I have been calling for straight 3 hours. I have to pay by today. and if they're to cheap to hire or have the people who get paid well more than minimum wage can they learn how to pick up a phone? or set an online payment order? by far the most unprofessional dirty and old court house ever. I really hope the king county does something with this court house yet city because its more trash than Tacoma.

I was pulled over a few months back and was informed of a tragic school option so the ticket didn't go on my record. So I went to sign up at the court house but they were closed on Thursday. So I dropped it off at the window because Thursday's are my only garenteed day off and then got a court hearing date instead of the class regersty. I finally called today and the lady i spoke to was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken with and basically in my words mind you called me an idiot and said all the information was in the letter they sent. Nowhere on this sheet of paper they concider a letter did it say ignore you drop your paperwork off in a day when the office is closed you will receive a notice of hearing and that you just need to come back to the courthouse to pay for the class. It wouldn't have bothered me if she had simply said oh you just need to pay for it still the schedule your class at the police dept before the hearing date we sent you. That's all she had to say but she had to speak to me in that "your an idiot and your a waste of my time time/attitude". I'm sorry but if your "letter was more specific maybe you won't get so many calls about it. All I wanted was to find out how to pay for the class. Not an earful of your nasty attitude about how your letter explains everything! How rude!!!

Basically impossible to reach anyone here. The hardest and worst experience ive had with a court for something as simple as a traffic ticket.

I was pulled over on Monday the 2nd of October 2017 for wearing headphones when the pig pulled me over he said no headphones while driving I told I don’t own headphones he then said he saw me on my phone I told him he’s lying and fishing for an infraction then I said but it’s my word against yours so hears my license registration and proof of insurance go get your ticket ready.

They never answer the phone and don’t have a pay online option for tickets which is just annoying
