Do not park here in season. I am currently sitting on the fourth level after they were greedy and allowed wayyyy over max capacity. This is an absolute mess. All due to greed and mismanagement.
Clean, safe and convenient. Easy access, also, which can be a huge problem in downtown Ft. Myers. Definitely avoids all of the bottlenecks and traffic hassles!
This is a great parking garage. Check out the roof level for a quick view. I used to work across the street from this garage and could see it from the window of the store. I'm peculiarly familiar with this garage, as I watched it and used it for at least a year as my work garage. It's so low energy inside, you will feel it every time. If you're going to an event, or leaving after enjoying downtown, the second you get in that garage it'll work its magic and change your vibe. Always take the stairs, unless that's not an option for yourself.
Easiest place to park in the River District, the view from the roof is pretty good as well. Check it out during sunset
This is a great parking location for Down Town Fort Myers, but what a dreadful supervisor they have there. Maureen you need to go back to school and learn how to be a good boss. If you are still training your employees months after they are hired. Then the issue is with you. It's all a power trip for you to constantly keep changing how things are done, so that you come out looking like the only one who knows the job. But a great supervisor, has everything all written out and the way things are done, never changes daily. I don't believe that you were a boss before, because you are way to abusive. I wish Denison parking Corp knew how abusive you are. And Scott you were in way over your head.
Parked downtown Fort Myers around 7 PM Thursday in a motorcycle only spot. I failed to see the sign since a local business had a patio umbrella blocking the sign. When I returned to my car there was a ticket on the windshield. The fine was $52. I will no longer patronize the downtown businesses any longer. The company the city uses to manage their parking is Denison Parking. There are meters and signage that has anywhere from 30 minute to 2 hour parking along with various times you are allowed. This company has several parking Nazis that simply wait for you to screw up so they can tag your vehicle. Just be aware when you park downtown here. I will patronize businesses on the outskirts as well as Cape Coral from this point on.
Pretty good place to park. Especially during evenings, weekends, and special events. Pretty affordable compared to many major cities on their parking lot cost. Pretty useful compared to the constant hunting to find a parking spot. Fort Myers has a pretty small downtown.
Great parking garage if you are doing anything in the downtown ft myers area. When visiting downtown, I always park my cat here. Other locations require you to move every 2 hours or only allow you to pay in coins.
Chris and Nora were so helpful to me when I realized I only had $20 bills and forgot my bank card at home! Chris even offered to run across the street during the pouring rain to get change for mehe was leaving at the end of his shift. Thank you for your empathy!!
Pretty easy to get in and out of.
