We always get our family passport here. Great customer service. Thank you.

They moved the passports process to this location from the city clerk. Went here to get a passport but it is by appointment only unlike the previous location... Even though not one single person was there to get a passport! Just a guy "working" the passport window. I was then told it was weeks before  appointment time was available. Great. Thanks.

Very slow , Make me feel like they don’t like to work .
