The Upper Arlington Police Division, located at 3600 Tremont Road (at the intersection of Tremont and Kenny Roads), provides 24-hour service and is an integral part of developing and maintaining a safe and secure community through the cooperative efforts of many departments and community organizations. The division proudly provides a wide range of police services and programs to residents, visitors and members of the business community.
“Contendite Ductum” is the Latin inscription on the seal of the Upper Arlington Police Division patch. This motto means “Strive for Leadership” and it represents that attitude held by those associated with this agency.
“In the spirit of partnership and service to the community, the Upper Arlington Division of Police shall maintain Integrity, Dedication, Professionalism and Courtesy while working to protect the constitutional rights and freedoms for all.”

Comments in support of or in opposition to political campaigns or ballot measures;
Profane language or content;
Content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, national origin, status with regard to public assistance, physical or mental disability, or sexual orientation;
Defamation of character against a City employee, official or residents;
Sexual content or links to sexual content;
Solicitations of commerce or advertisements;
Illegal content or encouragement of illegal activities;
Information that may tend to compromise safety or security of the public or public systems;
Accusations or implications that a particular individual is guilty of any criminal conduct or immoral activity. Defamatory material will not be permitted. If a person believes that there is a legitimate basis to make a complaint against the City, any of its employees or any third party, then appropriate alternative means of registering the complaint must be utilized. City social media sites are not appropriate forums for registering allegations of criminal activity or other accusations against individuals;
Content containing personally identifiable information such as Social Security Numbers or City employee personal email addresses;
Content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party;
Content that violates federal, state or local law.
