Have worked w/John Cokinos and his crew at City Point FP on multiple jobs over the years. As an Operations Manager of a RE Owner/Developer, it is imperative to have a contractor who does excellent work, is fair and honest - one you can trust. City Point is as good as any contractor I had ever worked with in my 23 years with my Company.
They do great work, but took advantage of us as they are a monopoly in our complex. They charged us almost $6,000 of which $3300 was parts and labor and $2500 was for a simple CAD layout of the plumbing. They spent $300 on parts and were done in a day. The labor came out to $375/hr...practically fraud for plumbing work. Hopefully will not be forced to use them again.
Declined to service our fire pump and they were very rude on the phone.
