The cards are inconvenient especially since you can't add coins in the machine to add to the card. Not only that but 6$ for a 25 minute wash?! That is absurd. The worst part is the black mold. Why are laundry matt's so lazy as to not clean their stuff?!! This is dangerous!!!

Firs time coming here after realizing this place was practically at my doorstep. Initially I thought it was closed. It was dark and there was no one inside. Two other groups showed up as I started my first load of laundry. When I put my detergent in the car, I realized I left my card in the machine and returned for it. It was gone. I thought maybe the person what worked there grabbed it for safekeeping. Not the case. And she really couldn’t care less that someone had taken it. My advice is to go somewhere else where you don’t have to worry about safety and being robbed. I’ll keep driving to the place across town to do my laundry.

I’ve been coming here for years and there’s so many things that have happened, but some of the things that have mainly bothered me would have to be the staff having attitude, it’s definitely not welcoming and it makes me feel like I shouldn’t be washing my clothes here. I’ve been reprimanded for putting “too much” soap in the the soap compartment, I normally wouldn’t have a problem with this, but the thing is I was putting the recommended amount of soap for the amount of clothes I had. Not only that, but every time I come here there always seems to be a problem whether it’s my card getting stolen or someone opening the machines while they’re still washing/drying.

Lovely ladies that work here. I always drop my clothes off and am surprised by how quick I am able to pick the clothes up. I’m fairly new to the area and have only had 2 issues here, 1 sock missing & 2 one of my socks were bleached. Other than that, it’s been smooth sailing. P.S. I’ve told them many times that they should have a tip jar but still nothing. I think it will be very helpful for the workers

We went last week and had used 8.00 washers.. Well when we used the card it read error..so we took the card out and tried again.. My card had 32.00 before this machine.. After the second try my card had 16.00... so I paid 16.00 for 1 wash..on a 8.00 machine.. I left my contact info but nobody called.. Could not get the 8.00 back that it charged extra... we did notify the attendant.. She said thete was nothing she could do.. Just to leave name and phone number which we did.. And she put a note on the washer saying do not use... Other than this.. This is a nice and clean laundromat.. We do like it.. We just had that one mishap..

This place is a typical laundromat; relatively clean with ample wash and dry machines. Pros: its rarely crowded. Cons: sometimes the staff are terrible. I went there late one night after work 9pm to get a few loads done, around 10:30 the lady started rushing me asking if I would be done soon so they could close, mind you it's listed as open till 12am. Despite me being in the process of drying my clothes so clearly I would've been done before then, she still helicoptered over me until I just threw all my clothes in a bag unfolded and left. Granted any time I've gone early I've never had an issue, but at the end of the day if your business isn't actually open until 12am you shouldn't advertise as such, its misleading and makes for a bad customer experience.

I love this laundry mat not to expensive very friendly workers clean place. Pretty calm early morning weekdays is when o enjoy going there. They use chipped cards to load your money onto. They also have drop of services. I myself like to do it myself but for those of you that lead busier lives than I that is a nifty feature. Well at least if I get hungry there is a couple really close places to eat. Like Bill's pizza and dragon villa.

Great place, not to crowded, clean and the late night attendant was very helpful and kind, she took the time to explain all the laundry card use! definitely my favorite and only place to do my laundry from now on! 5 starts
