Staff was pleasant. However, I came in hobbling... no offer of a wheelchair or any kind of assistance. And, follow up... again, pleasant but I am still awaiting the test results and a treatment plan. I was in 5 days ago...
The doctor here verbally told me I was negative for COVID and only had a sinus infection. Two days later they send me an email that my test was positive. So unprofessional in making a misdiagnosis like that. I ended up exposing my husand and coworkers. Just find another place.
Place was fine. Taking away two stars because one of the doctors felt the need to tell me the effects of "lean" after giving me a prescription. Pretty sure he wouldn't have done that to a white patient...
Throughout the check up, doctor Halligan was chewing gum and watching the world cup. He made zero eye contact. I accompanied my mother in and although she is 61 and perfectly capable, the whole time he spoke to me as if she was an invalid. He interrupted us when we tried to speak. He said she should take half a Claritin d without specifying dosage, even though we told him she has high blood pressure. The pharmacist said that a he should have specified dosage because there are different types that can be dangerous with high blood pressureand b that Claritin d is not something you can break apart. She was going to take the meds on the plane--imagine how wrong that could have gone. All in all, let's just hope that he actually diagnosed her correctly and that she ends up faring ok. Never going back to city md again as long as he works there.
Great facility. Staff was wonderful, courteous, professional and informative. I was in and out of there quickly with my results and instructions on care.
I went to this location for a rapid COVID test and the staff was very friendly and professional. It’s a long process checking in but I guess the staff will gladly help those who are not tech savvy enough to register. It’s a great way to minimize touching of personal property, it’s hands free process except for you having to touch the “touch screen”. They have a bathroom were you can wash your hands. It was a hot day and the AC was good, the chairs/seating arrangement is comfy. The medical staff seem to be knowledgeable and they are very supportive. Thank you CityMD team!!
The doctor was very patient and helpful he diagnosed me with a quickness that my PCP missed a few days prior I am very grateful

This facility get 5! They were very professional and courteous! The team was helpful from the time i walked in to the facility! The doctor on the premises was very professional and insightful regarding my situation! Covid clean! I would recommend this facility to anyone! I was in and out in 30 minutes!
great team on site, really doing their best with the tools they have. accessing lab results or any info post visit seems possible which is very frustrating
