My older daughter is moving to Peoria. I spoke with Shelby who has been amazing. He made me fell better about her staying there. We are seeing this sight unseen but Shelby has made it a wonderful experience. You property management company has a GREAT asset to their portfolio and he should be rewarded more. The Civic Center Apartments has been my home for the last 3 years and Shelby has been a great manager- he’s always ready to help. The place is located centrally downtown- I love that it’s very convenient to go to the Riverfront. Lots to do especially around spring/summer time! The apartment is very secure and well managed and I felt safe living here.
Since this is my first apartment in the US,i gave it that amount of start . The place is clean and the floor i went to was really excellent well i guess it is how it should be as this apartment is really pricey,at least for me. So after i moved in to my other apt and got to see different apartments. This place deserve that star. It is really well maintained and always clean and tidy. That is probably where the money goes. Security wise ,it is very good. The neighbors are quiet as well. Job well done shelby!
Spacious units 1 bed in pictures. Attentive maintenance & management that I can always get a hold of at any hours of the day. Best downtown option for the location & price.
I’ve lived here for about 6 years. My apartment was great, management is also really good. There quick to respond and help. Shelby is the property manager over here and has been really helpful. They can even take care of your apartment if you’re out of apartment for a long time and will make sure everything is good.
The fact that we went in with a short term lease and just renewed it for a full year makes it clear we are so very glad to be here! Our manager Shelby and maintenance staff Zach and Paul, they are all simply fabulous. There’s no delay in any maintenance requests, not that there really are any major repairs, because these apartments are beautiful, sunny and very well maintained. And the location of our building is truly in the best spot, there’s much to explore downtown Peoria. We are very happy to call CCPA home!
I been living in the apartments for almost 3 years, I had a positive experience so far. As the locality of the apartments is right at the middle of downtown which gives access to banks, bars, grocery stores, bus station, restaurants etc. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The staff here are very accommodating especially Shelby and Zach been the best. They always responded to my requests right away and sometimes they went above and beyond in helping me with some of my requests.
The apartment is updated, spacious, and clean. Downtown is starting to improve and become safer as stores, restaurants, and more events become in person. Would recommend living at civic center. Landlord is also responsive and helpful!
We're so grateful for the Civic Center Plaza Living experience. Its management is prompt addressing any concerns, they're accessible and friendly. If you're looking for a quality, affordable downtown living experience look no further.
Have been staying here since March 2021 and I cant say anything bad about it. Location wise, you are literally in the middle of downtown. For the management, Shelby has been the best. He is so accomodating and helpful, he responds to queries and handles issues right away. The apartment is also well maintained and being in the higher floors gives you the wondeful view of the city especially at night. It has covered parking that is perfect for the coming winter, and is just a few blocks away from the bus station.
