You can't stand on the sidewalk in front of this place which is %100 public property by the way not RTD property and smoke a cigarette without RTD security hassling you saying you need to put it out addendum to my first review I have been here tonight for 20 minutes I have been asked by three different people if I know where to find meth I have had a fourth individual totally meth pipe out and is now here smoking it I have called RTD security about this twice they do not care yet I can be standing on public property which does not belong to RTD and get harassed by their security for lighting a cigarette the so-called woke hypocrisy of it churns my stomach
People working the windows always professional, friendly. I was able to get my ticket book easily from a machine one evening. Only thing that isn't great is that restrooms were not open in the daytime because of some catastrophe I think and I think that may be because people who aren't customers take advantage. There should be a way around that and be clean bathrooms for customers who need them. Could be there are, sometimes.
This used to be the heart of Denver, now it's like something out of a Dystopian script; I have to walk through crowds of heads and their clouds of fentanyl on my way to work every morning over the past 6 months, before dawn, often with some police within a stone's throw, but not enforcing any public use laws. Don't blame them, wish there was one 'entity' to blame. Bottom line; watch your step down here it's kind of sketchy.
This place is a joke when I stepped in Denver first thing I said is Dam Denver smells like pee .Everything I go to the civic center station the bathrooms always, always closed I noticed in oreticukar always when this red headed bigger white boy named Randall is always there and whenever he is there he keeps them closed. DON'T believe ne go down there anytime on his shift like 4 to 12pm the reason he says is overdose ,fentyol use I say shut it down he's obviouy doing his if job we can't ever use the facilities
There's always people asking for money outside.
When I rode the bus to Civic Center, I wasn't that impressed. There were a lot of crazy junkies there, and I didn't feel particularly safe. I would recommend that you don't go. It's not worth it.
Really cool place jus redesigned this year bathrooms next to a security station is kinda sketch people in bathroom are usually sketch. Closed to often for cleaning. Friendly staff cool veiws up top and pretty safe I'm there all the time after all good job team 5/5
Boarding buses is chaos if you take the 3L, 83L, 83D because there is only one line to stand in...so, when a bus you need to take comes, the line is no longer a line since there are some who dont move because its not their bus, others who do, and it just turns into a rush of people swarming the door of the bus. Why even stand in line in the first place? Lots of people just sit and wait and do the "swarm" when the bus they need comes.
This bus station is newly built. Many RTD transits run throughout this station with the convenient free mall ride that picks you up & takes you through the 16 street mall to Union Station! It's a great stop for tourists.
Nightmare, absolute decrepit ascepts of humanity in out and around this station Second hand fentanyl high, Perfect destination
