Civitan Park

Only 2 ramps and short dock in disrepair. Limited parking also. T dock to weigh in is small and only enough room for a few boats and with a northwest wind hard to keep the boat off the dock. Will not fish another tournament there.

I enjoy going here and sitting by the lake. It's calming and very relaxing. You can feed the geese and ducks. People bring bread, but I read breads not good for them so read up so you bring the right food

super nice park. Enjoyed the 5k race there and the great scenery!

Is nice when your not being swarmed by cops hours before closing, but cops out there will tell you that the park is closed at dark even though everything I looked up said 9pm was closing. They seem to be perfectly annoying when they have the fishing tournaments on and I better not find out I'm paying taxes dollars to give those guys free parking in the gravel out there all night for their trailers and have everbody else run off. If I do its time to change mayor and sherif the next vote I'll pay to advertise against.

Moderately accessible playground. C- effort by the city of Guntersville to make an accessible playground. The curbs around the play area only segregate children in wheelchairs even more. My daughter got out of the van in her chair and cried and cried because she couldn't play with her brother and cousins on the playground.

This area had everything--great scenery, playground area and pavilion! I went for a "dog walk" but we stayed awhile afterwards because I was so nice and welcoming!

Excellent spot for group events. Large covered area with tables and seating. Beautiful view of the lake and surrounding hills.

Amazing place to take kids for the day or for just an evening walk. Wheelchair accessible playground.

Beautiful place! Had a great time at the Baptism here for LifePoint Church!! Great picnic area & beautiful view!!

I love walking on this Pier, it’s a beautiful view when it’s not crowded.
