It's just nice to see they are still around. I've been coming to see these Gentlemen for years. These guys can match anything! They have an on-site Taylor and some of the best prices in the whole Bay Area on an outfit. INCLUDING suits! They have always had the best and most selection for us big boys. Back in the day you couldn't find a better shoe selection I wish they would bring them back, would've been 5stars! selection was not near what it used to be,AND!, the Hats!,Nevertheless I recommend them and respect them! This has always been a one-stop-shop to dip in and get whipped... SUPPORT THEM FELLAS
The workers were very nice & welcoming, the guy who helped me, I believe his name was carlos, was very help full. They let me keep the jacket I bought there, which will I be picking up when I take my trousers to be tailored!
I drove out of my way from Sacramento California on 80, fighting traffic on my way to Oakland. I could have gone highway 5. But I wanted to check out what was the former clothing broker. I went into the store when it 1st opened Saturday morning 11 o'clock a.m.. There were 3 people working. There was one other person in the store with me, a pastor. 1 worker was just chatting it up with the pastor as I'm walking all around trying to find my size. The other 2 workers male and female were talking at the counter. I was in the store looking to buy many suits if I could find my size walked around the store for about 10 minutes and nobody even looked up to say hello to me are greet me. This wouldn't happen with the old clothing broker. Sorry that that type of service does not exist here. Please let me know of any other alternative to this store. Prices looked good but service non existent. Mens Wearhouse has hands down better service than this place!
Carlos, Jeff, Skip have been dressing me since 2000 or so. They’ve been helping me since the clothing broker days. They’re very honest, dependable, and really know how to put the clothing together. The tailoring is also a top notch. I do not have a style, Jeff has a style for me. I often get compliments on how I dress. I always give them directions to CJS. It is worth the drive. Do yourself a Favor and buy three or four suits at a time, with tie, suspenders, and shirts. You will be happy!
I was looking for a tie or a bowtie, and they completely ignored me. When I ask for help, they acted like they didn't care. I was hoping to buy more from them, as I was going to the opera and I was from out of town doing last min shopping. Maybe they'll pay better attention, I did not look like a slob.
Great suit and clothing store always have my size. Hope they will reopen soon sad that owner passed away.

Excellent customer service. First time here, bought a suit, had it talored and out the door in 45 minutes, excellent quality. I will be back.
We needed a suit for an anniversary party we're going to on Saturday and they were able to hook me up with the size and color suit and accessories I needed at the same great prices they've had since I was a kid!
Great location, wonderful customer service and so, so much selection. A must if you love men's suits.
