Terrible terrible, I took a friend and everyone that worked there almost was rude and unprofessional. It was terrible. I thought ER'S was bad because of the long wait. I'd rather wait 5 hours than deal with people like that. It's horrible, what gives them the right to treat people like that? It makes NO sense! It's sad people in the medical field should be friendly and warm to people. They need a meeting to go over how to treat patients THE RIGHT WAY! Yes adults need to learn how to treat people. Why are there in this profession?
This place not only lacks personal care they lack professionalism as far as their front office staff is concerned. I spoke with a woman who said she was the Office Manager she was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful and clearly doesn't need to be working in customer service. All she did was cut me off repeatedly then attempted to scold me over the phone as if I was a 3 year old for telling her not to speak to me the way she did. Sometimes things take time to be resolved, and that's okay....But the way she was speaking to me was not okay, she was obviously comfortable talking to "customers" in the way she did. She shouldn't be working in customer service... maybe a warehouse would be a better fit for her. The Doctor I saw's name started with a C. He was fantastic but unfortunately many people would probably be turned off by his staffs unprofessionalism.
Worst doctors office I've ever seen. Extremely long wait times. Took over an hour for a simple test. Staff is extremely slow and they don't seem to care how long they take for anything. The male nurse was the rudest person I have ever dealt with.
Dr. Claussen is an excellent physician...every time he has treated me or a member of my family it has been a positive, knowledgeable interaction!
Arrived 0930 here it is now 1400 and I still have not spoke with a doctor
