They’re always 30-45 minutes late to my appointment. I recently had 3 apts and didn’t see a doctor until 45 mins after my appointment was scheduled to be. I don’t have time to sit in a waiting room for an extra hour
Had multiple visits with Nicole Weber over about an 8month period in 2022. I underwent cancer treatment for a rare and aggressive type of breast cancer is 2020. I was experiencing intense back pain and was treated like a pill seeker and I believe my concerns that this pain was something more serious were brushed off and blamed on weight gain, depression, ect. I eventually went to the ER because I couldn't stand the pain. I had to have emergency surgery because the cancer had returned, spread into my spine and had eaten nearly an entire vertebrae gone. I was in the hospital for weeks. A tumor was pressing on my spinal cord. The doctors and surgeons could not believe I walked into the ER!. When I think of the appointments I had cried in Dr. Weber's office because I was in so much pain makes me so upset. I've never felt more unheard and dismissed in my life. I feel like this situation could have went so differently if my concerns had been taken more seriously.

I *do not* recommend this office for children. Do yourself a favor and find a pediatric dentist. I've been going to this office for a couple years. Never had an issue. I recently took my children in for dental checkups. A nurse took it poorly that my toddler does not like strangers, as was noted in his chart. After my baby started crying over her trying to interact with him, another nurse approached us to tell us he was disturbing the other patients and needed to be held away while my older son had his checkup. Makes sense and I get it, but it was the way she said it, she was really rude and judgemental about it. He's a baby, in a new place, full of people... After my toddlers cleaning he was very upset, as a stranger just held him down and quickly brushed his teeth to be expected I think. Then as I was speaking with the dentist over proper care, apparently the same nurse ushered my mom and kids out into the lobby due to him crying. It was a really stressful visit, handled poorly and I feel it was a bad experience for both my kids and myself. I'll be looking for a new dental office for my family.

This was my 1st visit so I really had no expectations. I did not have to wait more than 3 to 5 minutes to be seen and I was in-and-out in less than a 1/2 an hour. Everyone who worked with me was very friendly and forthcoming. I was very happy with my 1st visit.
I really enjoy, and appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff here! I had to come in on an emergency basis gallbladder issues, without an appointment. Unfortunately my normal doc wasn't in, but I was seen by the on call doctor at the time had to wait 30 minutes, but no big deal. Follow up from my PCP was immediate the next day, and service I needed that day was taken care of.
My husband has always received great care here. The doctors have been wonderful. Our only complaint is that the doctors don't stay long. They're changing it seems every 6 months or so. But the care is great, all are kind.
Everyone at the clinic is so good to my family. From the front check in folks to the Doctors and health staff, we have always been treated with kindness and compassion. The wait times can be long, but I have never been rushed through or felt my concerns were not addressed. Thanks Beavercreek Health Staff!
Dr Whetstone is amazing! She's the best doctor I've ever had! She is very caring and really listens to her patients. This place is amazing! I also get mental health care here as well.
