Waste of time don’t bother trying to shop at this location. One time came during mid afternoon normal hours, no one there no sign on door. Now stopped at 5:02, website states 7pm close. Hand written note on door saying closed a 5pm while a employee was sitting in a chair by the window on her phone. Pointed at the sign and started playing on her phone again. Worthless
Miss Char did such a great job piercing my daughters ears! She was so calm and explained every detail, she knew exactly what she was doing and did an amazing job! Definitely would recommend her, we had a great experience!
This place is never open. Doesn't matter when you come. Their posted hours don't mean anything. Half the time the employee is in the store and the door is locked and they won't answer the phone. Absolutely bizarre.
Planned a day of shopping with my daughter with Claire's as our number 1 stop. Says they open at 11 its now almost 1 and they are still not open. No signs on the door either.
Best ear piercing experience ever for my 10 month old daughter. This individual was experienced and confident in her skill. It’s so hard to find that now. Couldn’t be happier. 10/10 recommend!!!
Was not open at the hours they posted,11am. AND there was already another person waiting for them to open. They did not pick up the phone or have anyone in the building. VERY unprofessional establishment.
Their posted hours mean literally nothing, lights are on and the phone just rings endlessly, their single employee is probably just sleeping in the back
We stopped by to return/exchange earrings. Sign on the door said back in 15 minutes we came back 25 minutes later, still not open. I understand staff shortages but you are still running a business. Either be prompt and return in 15 minutes or close the store with a return time.
Store hours on door stated they opened at 11am. Arrived at 11:40am, door was locked, lights were on, nobody there. I would avoid shopping here as they don’t seem to be consistent with hours posted vs hours actually opened!
This location was great I took my daughter in for her first ear piercing she was extremely nervous she’s 5 the store manager was great she talked with my daughter the whole time about school and her favorite thing to do at school all nervousness left my daughter is extremely happy with her new earrings and this is now her favorite store
